Proxyrotator is a scam - 250 concurrents requests mentioned on the 99$ plan, once you have paid, only 10 are available.

I asked for a refund for the false information - and the owner says no refund is possible

I tried to contact the owner, as he has a GitHub project and he pretends not to be related to this company - the little king of scammers.

These crooks offer a trial period and when one asks to cancel it they refuse and renew the period for the following months without even informing!
In addition, their proxy is really big garbage!

This is garbage, asked for a trial didn't have answer so i bought the service for one month , ABOSLUTE GARBAGE, 90% or 99% maybe of the proxies doesn'"t work at all

Only from 5% to 10% of proxies respond in 10 seconds. Do not recommend it at all.

Poor quality proxies, worse customer service... same thing everyone has been saying... should have checked Trustpilot first! Buyer beware! I had to do a chargeback to get my money back.

Es un servicio fraudulento. Ningún proxy hace la conección y el servicio de soporte de forma sutil dicen que algo estás haciendo mal y que por eso no te puedes conectar. He intentado múltiples formas de conectar pero simplemente todos los proxy están caídos.

This is a very bad service. Speed is horrible, a lot of requests fails. I've tryed the service for a week, open a ticket and they said that they can't refund my money.
I think that the past review are scam. Don't trust.

Proxies not working. Slow. Very bad service.

Proxies don't work, if by any chance I could connect, the speed is unacceptable (free proxies are better). The behavior of their team is a joke, they block your account for making too many requests demanding a plan upgrade ?!?!

What they declare is not true.
They say you have 4 hours trial and when you ask they reply that they don't provide a trial due too many abuses. So you can only try 50 API requests and not the proxy Getaway. At the same time they have not a refund policy and don't accept Paypal payments, so your purchase is not safe.
They say that the bandwidth is not limited, but if you use too much band they report your account as abuse.

There are a few things terrible about this business (ProxyRotator.com) that whoever wants to do business with them should know:

1- Their customer service is very unprofessional and rude. Late responses through only email, rude customer services representative. Be aware that if you have a complaint or if you ask for a refund for an unauthorized charge, you will get an insulting email from them.
2- They have very poor proxies. Their proxies almost always don't work.
3- When you ask them about the poor quality of the proxies, they fool you to upgrade to more threads, but that won't work either, because it's not the number of threads that is the issue it's the quality of their proxies that is so bad.
4- They have no courtesy in issuing a refund even if you haven't used your account for a while, and even if you don't find any way to cancel your account within their poorly designed purchase page and even if you email them just one minute after getting charged.
5- There is no name in the emails they send, you don't know who you are dealing with, or where they live, their support email is anonymous, there is no address on their website, only an email and a contact form.

In general whoever works in Proxy Rotator is unprofessional, rude, have no courtesy and believes in just getting your money without providing any quality service or any up to par customer service. I had numerous occasions contacting them through their support email, and every time I received an anonymous response with a very rude language.

SCAM - BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS!

If you take a look, you can see that all the positive reviews are made by fake accounts with only 1 review.

The customer support is horrible!

90% of their proxies doesn't work and they refuse to refund any money.

Also they charge you even if you have cancelled the account.
