I ordered a firepit in August 2021.Was told that it would take 2-3 months for delivery.Called in Oct. for an update and was informed it would be shipped in a week...nothing!Called around Nov.24 and was told the same thing. After the holidays I call multiply times and just got a recorder. On Jan 11 I tracked down the manufacture and asked for a status report on my order and was informed that ProYard canceled my order on Nov. 18. So now their website is down and I am out $2500.!! This was criminal !!!

I ordered a Spa Heat pump Oct 28th. Tried to reach anyone at their business via phone and text multiple times. No one answers our returns my requests. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge as I believe this company is a scam. I will not work or purchase with a company who ignores their clients. Buyer beware!

Marjorie, I own a large construction business, if you worked for me I would fire you immediately, you are completely incompetent.

I have NEVER written a review before, hopefully that provides some context as to how horrible this company is.....I have called and emailed on multiple occasions. NOBODY returns a call or an email.I cancelled my order in July due to long lead times. Proyard acknowledged my cancellation and proceeded to send me the product and charge my card after I cancelled. I have asked for a return of this product via email, chat and repeated calls to customer service to no avail. At this point, I don't care about the $1,600, I will now make it my mission to blast every social media outlet available to me so every possible future customer can see that this outfit chooses to steal from customers. Proyard - keep my $1600, I promise you it will cost you thousands more.

I contacted Pro Yard Supply with some questions. I found it strange that they don't list their physical location. The rep from Pro Yard Supply told me that they are located in Staten Island, NY. When I made a comment about them not publishing their address there was zero response.

Just like the latest recent reviews, I ordered a firepit that I have never received. When I actually was able to get in touch with someone, typically after they hung up on me several times, they would advise the product will be "shipped in 2 weeks". Guess what, two weeks came and went. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM...do not buy here.

This website is a scam. Stole my credit card number and will not give updates on orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Bought an $800 pond pump from proyardsupply.com and didn't get anything in the email about when it would ship. I waited a week and still nothing. I emailed them and still nothing. I got on the website chat and was told that I should wait till next monday to get an update. Well monday comes around and I can't even get a hold of whoever it is that works at this fake company. SCAM. Had to start a dispute with my credit card company.

I paid $1679 for a fountain and they kept pushing back on dispatch date, advised additional delivery cost, and then stopped responding until I complained to PayPal. Subsequently received ok

Beware! This online seller is a fraud.
If you order from Proyardsupply, they will not deliver as promised. You'll never get anyone on the phone for customer service. I think the company is going bankrupt. Don't get sucked into the blackhole of fighting for hours to get a functional firepit.

False advertising. Purchased a fire pit and was contacted soon after that they had the price wrong. Asked if I'd work with them on it and since I consider myself a reasonable person, I bought a much lower grade unit for same price with a cover thrown in. Accidents happen. BUT, after the 6th week of "3-5 weeks" shipping and multiple unanswered queries, I finally just asked for my money back. I whole heartedly believe that was their plan all along so they would lose anything on the deal that I gave in to. Waste of 6 weeks of my time.

I was looking for a specific fountain, I used their chat feature to ask if they had it. I was told it would arrive in 7-14 days. They charged my card a week later, but did not ship. I tried to contact several times with no response. 14 days after my order they told me they would have a ship date soon. I contacted my card company to get a refund because they wouldn't do it. I would not deal with them again

This company stated on the front page of their website, with a big banner that says FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS (I even have the screenshot as proof). They rope you in with low costs on their garden, pond and fountain supplies with the promise of Free Shipping (and even no tax), and then you go to order and they bait and switch by tagging on over priced shipping. That happened to me, when I went to check out, I was quoted $150 for shipping. I called the company and spoke to a guy named "Dan" who insisted that free shipping is not offered on the item I wanted to order to order because it's too heavy. If that's the case, why would the website claim free shipping on ALL items? Basically when I asked why he lied on his website, he didn't offer an explanation, just kept insisting this item is too heavy and therefore I must pay shipping. If this company would lie about shipping, they will probably lie about everything else. Their money back satisfaction guarantee? Not really a guarantee when the business owners are liars. Stay away and support a more honest business.
