I have worked at Psychic Sofa on and off for a few years, now in the process of trying to make it my full time income as they are so accommodating and flexible compared to being stuck in a 9-5! Any of the office staff I have spoke with have always been super helpful when I’ve needed it and they respond quickly too. I’m never pressured to work and compared to other psychic companies in the uk they have a great pay rate - even better than I was making in my regular job. Most of the clients are lovely and for me I never wait long between calls, sometimes I need to log off just to take a breath. I have worked for a few similar companies over the years but Psychic Sofa will always be my recommendation if I come across other readers looking for work.

My only wish would be that there is an instant messaging service, would be great to still have the option to make some income while the house is too noisy to actually be on the phone :-)

They are a great company to work for. I have worked with them for over 6 years. Traffic is much lower then before. It would be good if they did more marketing as they are adding more readers onto the site because calls can be very slow at times

As a Reader on Sofa, a professional Spiritual Medium, Usui Reiki Practitioner and life Coach.. i have worked on and off Psychic Sofa for over 5 and a half years . I have always found them very supportive of me, my pay goes into my bank every week on time and the vast majority of "sitters" (clients) and very friendly, open and caring, but Mediums are only human, and we are not perfect. We cant please everyone all the time.
Alot of clients want to talk and choose to tell us information.. sometimes setting their phones/mobiles to "hands free", which makes it difficult to hear what their saying sometimes, and clients often get mixed up themselves, making it more difficult..
As Mediums and Psychics we all work differently, and on Sofa we give the best of ourselves to help you, the client, to move on, to change and the Psychic Sofa platform provides you and us the means to do that.. it is a great service.. if your looking for guidance, wanting communication from your loved ones on the other side or just see whats in the cards for you.. why not call.. If you're looking to do readings via a website don't use the Psychic Sofa website, they're are plenty of others available that might not treat you like they treat their customers, like dirt!!!!!! If you obtain 133 positive testimonials, treat all your callers with manners, respect, and paranormal knowledge, tell the truth or no reader is, or has ever been, right all the time, and have a duty of care to all your callers, for 12 hours a day, almost every day for 2 years, they apparently will think you need to be banned from being there for the trillions of callers that would like to speak with you again If, however, you're rude to callers, lecture them about their lives, and are probably completely dilluded about yourself and life, then Sofa, real name RJ Media, is probably the right choice!!!!!!!! There's plenty of other websites to use, they surely can't be as useless, and evil, and disgusting as Psychic Sofa I found one of our two line managers, Robert, particularly useless, miserable, and unhelpful I'm talking from 2 years of commitment to an unprofessional, useless evil waste off space business See my previous posts for further details The Wizard only speaks the truth, unlike them, who if they can be bothered saying anything, just lie

I have worked for Psychic Sofa for over thirteen years and I have to say that they are a wonderful company to work for. Pay is good, support is fantastic (especially Rob) there is absolutely NO pressure to have to log on for hours on end. As a Medium I prefer to read for my clients when my energy is high so that I deliver good quality readings, not log on for hours on end when I am tired and my energy is low. I am very surprised by some of the negative reviews as I have always found Psychic Sofa to be very very supportive, pay well and pay on time. And they absolutely do NOT pay readers to leave false reviews. Overall, a fabulous, caring, professional company to work for.

Hi I often use Psychic Sofa for a short session to assist me in my thoughts and possible life path decisions - as we can all be our own blind spot! I've been paid on time every week, I can only remember a one off time when there was a issue, but that really was so long ago. It's brilliant the pay goes in bank directly.

Psychic Sofa are really supportive, i've not been working as much as i used to due to family issues, but the team haven't bothered me at all and i've known, i could log on at any time i wanted too when i was ready. And I'm pleased to say I'm back working more now and I've been welcomed back with open arms.

Psychic sofa is a very reputable service provider of talented Psychics that have been put through a thorough testing process to be able to work on their website.
The administration team are always available should you have any problems. I receive txt messages to let me know that the website is busy, my pay is always on time and I am available online as a reader when it suits me.
I have a lot of regular, amazing clients who I look forward to hearing from regularly.
