I recently completed the two-day Critical Incident Debrief training with Psychotherapy for Healthcare Limited, and it was genuinely excellent. The training was delivered by people who are actively working in the field, which made such a difference—their real experience, examples, and qualifications gave me real confidence in what I was learning.

The small group size meant the sessions felt relaxed and supportive, with plenty of space to ask questions and practise. It was also very reasonably priced compared to other courses I’d looked at.

Really useful course- not just for therapists- for those wishing to learn/ refresh skills/knowledge around critical incident debriefing

Shiri had a lovely way of being, the input felt interactive, relaxed and inclusive. It not only allowed me to learn new skills but it also reminded me of the skills I already have that would integrate well with the CID training. I was the only employee from my organisation and despite training alongside a full team from another organisation, I felt supported, relaxed and included in all of the sessions. The mix of information from the facilitator, to the group chats, videos and open discussions made this a great learning experience due to the various formats used and offered the chance to discuss and practice in small groups as well as in the bigger group too. Thank you for a well rounded learning experience.

Informative but relaxed, well-paced throughout. Opportunities given to reflect along the way, and activities to break the teaching parts up. Lots given to take away both in terms of handouts and thoughts. Highly recommend.
