Ordered a kaftan that was in stock on the website, had to chase it up, then told out of stock, emailed an alternative product to them and no response.
Too expensive for sloppy customer service.

Riccardo hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und macht seinen Beruf gerne und sehr gut.
Die Kleidung ist sehr schön, außergewöhnlich und hochwertig.

Scammers! Don’t buy from this company! Not true to size and return policy is terrible allowing 14 days transport time to ship back followed by paying all transport fees and brokerage. Unreasonable!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company over a month ago and have yet to actually receive them. For the first 4 weeks after ordering I sent a few emails checking in and they reassured me I would get the shoes and I wouldn’t be disappointed. I understand sometimes it takes awhile and I wasn’t thrilled but I was okay being patient. Around 5 weeks out they sent an email to myself and 50 or so other people who ordered this shoe (on the same email) which was very sketchy and unprofessional to me, saying that they were about to ship out. The trick is that they also shared that they had made some “improvements” to the design for some reasons they felt justified in. They changed the shoe… so in fact if I ever actually get said shoes, they aren’t actually the shoe I had purchased. I do not like the changes and I would not have bought them if they had looked like they do now. I’m pretty disappointed. I asked for a discount or I would like to cancel the order, they told me I could get a discount on my next order but that’s it. Then they almost immediately created a shipping label. So I am left to wait till they get delivered, if they ever do, and will have to send them back.

Been buying clothes from Psylo since they started up in London many years ago. They always last well and have unique designs which fit well. Although I think the older designs were the best they still haven’t lost their edge. Found their customer service to be good in shop and online.

I love their brand, the designs are very unique and i always check for more stuff!
The prices sometimes are weird but they always have offers so is easy to pick stuff at a right price. If you need help Deniz always can solve your inquiries, so send a mail if you need something.
The quality and fabrics are really nice, they usually go with ecotextiles like bamboo! a couple of times i've bought pants and their tear quickly but after a Mail Deniz take care of the issue!
My only complaint is at the store at Candem, i was on there one day and wanted to buy but i couldn't since they were recording for their instagram and they just didn't care a returning customer was there... sadly was my only day there since im from overseas so i left the store sad, since there is the only place i can try the clothes. (every time they upload on IG/FB the twins i remember that day)

I've been ordering from Psylo Fashion for at least 6 years. I've found their clothes to be well-made, comfortable, and reasonably priced for slow fashion. A good way to avoid making returns is to contact them with any questions before purchasing. They are courteous and responsive.

Psylos1 actually has a non existent customer service department. I have sent them 6 emails about three missing items in my order, and no response at all. UPS has even sent them a claims report stating that they cannot locate my package, and they have not responded. I don’t care how nice their clothing is they will be of zero help to you should something in your order be missing or should you need to return something. Proceed with this mind, you may want to utilize a clothing distributor that actually responds to their customers Psylos1 only care about collecting your money, attempting to keep your money, nothing else. They don’t even respond to customer complaints on FB nor via IM, they’re beyond horrible.

When I was buying from them they were helpful and answered my queries immediately. Now that I need to return an item, I cannot get them to communicate with me. I tried via their website as well but heard nothing back.

The fashion style is great and the staff are very nice and very willing to help the customers

Ahh, how can I rate Psylo better than 5 stars, OMG, they won a fan boy in me. Maybe I am the target audience but the style, the art, the flavour speaks to me. I can wear their fasion and feel awesome, I love the feel, the look, the style. Scifi, fantasy without being tacky, well done. I love playing out my dream of the future. I guess the only thing is the brand uses downplayed colours, so incorporating bright colours is a little tricky. I need more colour. In my eyes this brand is high end fashion better than ballshit Gucci and those types. Psylo has way more personality, authenticity, originality, disigner art and fun. Yep, they beat all the big designer brands, nice work.
