Seller send item different to one in advert. Aromatherapy vent. Very cheap item worth £5 not £45. Seller refusing to let me return for full refund. Instead wants me to take partial refund and keep an item that does not work. flashing very fast and is very distracting while driving. And now is ignoring my messages via WhatsApp. He has seen them but ignores me.
