Wish I've had checked this before ordering, another example of a company advertising items they don't actually have, these people are the pits

Puili will not provide return details as they are legally obliged to do under distance selling legislation. Openly breaking the law and should be shut down by trading standards. Steer clear of them!

The item I bought was of reasonably good quality but took 18 days to get to me and their sizing is way out. When I received it I realised I probably needed to order 2 if not 3 sizes larger. I phoned ... answerphone, leaving a message and eventual emails to ask if I could do a return and order a larger size. After a few days wait I was curly told they did not do exchanges. Again I messaged to ask how I could return the item for a refund, I was told the do not do refunds. No where on the advertising do they say this. I now have a usable item that is no good to me and I am down £26, with still having to buy I replacement from somewhere else. I emailed Puili to complain but got no reply. Unless you are 100% sure their sizing will fit I would not recommend buying from them.

Ordered a pair of shoes from them. Haven't received them, Yodel (who you can't talk to either) says they are still waiting for the items from Puili. Contacted Puili, no reply. Going through my bank now to try and reclaim the money

The company uses AI gene photos of products as well as Jellycat and other high end toy companies and goes under the name “IBASN” to send poor quality items. Spent over £100 on what I thought was jellycats, not received any valid shipping information (the link was to a site all in Chinese) and any emails and communications I have sent have not been replied to. Currently disputing the payments but word of warning to avoid.

If I could give no stars I would absolute joke scammers charged my 17 year old daughter £50 for an item and what she got sent was a joke they don’t answer you back or email back and no answer on the phone number don’t order from this site

Total scammers selling knockoffs. No answer to phone number. No communication and rubbish item delivered a month late

Item not received. Tracking service doesn’t work. No response to email.

Horrible items and really poor quality. Not a serious company. They didn't provide me with instructions on how to return an item after purchasing it. Really horrible customer service.

Wished I’d read the reviews first, ordered some magnifying glasses express delivery 3 weeks ago, no answers to my emails and the yodel (equally hopeless) the couriers apparently have the item but is never out for delivery, will not be using either of these companies again.

Selling 128TB SSD ultra fast storage drives. When tested these are standard storage with 64gb ssd cards inside. These have been physically altered to present as 128tb drives. Also suspicious malware software detected when plugged in and tested.

I ordered some orthopedic steel toe cap trainers in a size 5 they sent me a size 8 so they not good for me now. I had to wait nearly a month for them with no updates on delivery or anything I emailed them 3 times asking for updates all I got back was. We are In the process of changing warehouses so it is taking longer. So I emailed them a 4th time asking for my money back I could not get it back because they already been dispatched no updates though. Then all of a sudden ive got loads of updates saying they were on there way, they are with courier then they are out for delivery. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews so its my mistake for ordering of such a dodgy site so please do not order off this site

Ordered an item express delivery (2 days) it finally arrived 3 weeks afterwards with no explanation as to why so late. When it arrived it was not as pictured, was a cheap knock off imitation. Have been trying to get a refund but no response from Puili. I would NEVER use this company

Gave them a 1 because i wasnt allowed to give them zero. Ordered a kitchen knife set for £58 and it said delivery would be within two days. 4 weeks later and i still havent received the knives. Emailed and was told that they had moved warehouse and order was delayed. Offered me a 25% discount on my next purchase which is never gonna happen. The tracking number they provided states royal mail are waitong for the parcel. Please stay away from these SCAMMERS.

I ordered 3x pairs of ‘HEATED GLOVES’. They took a long time to arrive (seemingly from China, even though their website address is a false adddress in the UK) and had no heating electric element at all. I have had several emails back and forward. Offering a partial refund if I keep the gloves but no official address of return. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Received a pair of ordinary gloves: no heated element, no battery.
I saw them on sale on a popular site ( same logo) for £8 correctly described as waterproof gloves.
They promise hassle free returns but so far they haven’t answered to any of my requests for return paperwork.
PULI.Com sells all sorts from lamps to furniture with a misleading website to convince customers that they are uk based, they are not. My order came unsurprisingly from China, it took weeks to arrive and when eventually did it was worst than rubbish!
Stay clear from these scammers.
