Als Produkttester schaue ich mir natürlich auch Artikel, die ich selbst gekauft habe, wirklich sehr genau an und bewerte die gekauften Artikel nach meiner freien und ehrlichen Meinung und nehme hier natürlich auch kein Blatt vor den Mund!

Ich habe mir über einen anderen Händler der in den USA verkauft, eine Pulsar Wizard Pipe gekauft und wurde leider extrem enttäuscht, da die erhaltene Ware falsch verzollt worden ist und ich hier 17,17 € zusätzlich bezahlen musste, nur weil der Verkäufer falsche Zollangaben gemacht hat und dann ist das ganze auch noch beschädigt bei mir angekommen!!!
Als ich den Verkäufer daraufhin angeschrieben habe und um Hilfe gebeten habe für einen Ersatz, auch dass hier die zusätzlichen Kosten übernommen werden wegen den falschen Angaben die hier gemacht worden sind, hat sich dieser quer gestellt und meinte nur für Garantieanfragen soll ich mich direkt an den Hersteller Pulsar wenden, danach hat der Verkäufer auf keinerlei Nachrichten mehr reagiert!
Das ganze hat mich so sauer gemacht dass ich mich dann irgendwann wirklich an den Hersteller Pulsar gewendet habe und obwohl der Hersteller hier selbst überhaupt nichts für die Extrakosten und die Beschädigung konnte, hat mir dieser sofort Hilfe zugesichert und mir nur wenige Tage darauf eine kostenlose Ersatzlieferung veranlasst und hat hier sogar alle anfallenden Zollgebühren komplett übernommen!
Was ist das für ein toller Service, habe ich mir gedacht und habe mich schon wahnsinnig auf die Ersatzlieferung gefreut ♥️.
Heute am 20.02.26 habe ich die Ersatzlieferung bei Hermes abgeholt und musste wie versprochen wirklich keinen einzigen Cent nachbezahlen, da wirklich alle Kosten übernommen worden sind!
Aber zu meiner großen Überraschung durfte ich beim öffnen des Pakets feststellen, dass mir Pulsar hier nicht nur die Ersatzlieferung mitgesendet hat, sondern mir noch eine viel viel größere Freude gemacht hat, mit einer weiteren Lieferung, so dass ich gar nicht in Worte fassen kann wie glücklich ich bin und mich deshalb mit dieser positiven Bewertung bei dem Hersteller Pulsar bedanken möchte ♥️!
Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese wirklich sehr kulante und überaus tolle kundenorientierte und vor allen Dingen kundenfreundliche Arbeit.

Replacement with extras! Read all about it
A while back about November I ordered a nice pulsar battery for myself. It worked wonderfully until I ran into an issue with it charging. Wouldn't charge at all. Reached out to the company and filled out a form for a replacement. They reached back promptly, and with extra information I was given a certified replacement. Unfortunately they did alert me that colour I originally got the battery in wasn't available in stock at the time but another. I was fine with this as they did declare they would add some extra stuff. Well, the day came and the batteries arrived. Batteries because not only did I get a different color replacement, I also got two other batteries!! Definitely top tier services.
Real good quality
Bought a flow model and the battery wouldn't keep a charge, the customer service got back to me and let me know that model was out of production and offered the new model or a different one, they even shipped it right away and I have to say it's sleek, classy, discreet and the battery lasts longer than I do smoking, which is about 45 minute sessions. Excellent company and quality products.

I absolutely love pulsar!
I absolutely love pulsar I just recently bought my first one the 510 dl tandem. One of the 510 socket unfortunately broke I emailed them with a proof of purchase and a video of the problem, 5 hour later they already sent me the tracking number for a new device I’ve never seen a customer service that fast! I will definitely be buying again.
The customer service won me over
I went to buy from here and I really appreciated the pricing on the unit I ordered a cookies v beaker in cookies blue and they sent me an entirely different color without even letting me know. the seal was open on the box so I know they checked the color before sending I’m just extremely disappointed that I didn’t even receive the item . They got back to me and gave me the unit for free no return because they didn’t have the original item in stock they have excellent customer service highly recommend them

This is a great company
This is a great company. I accidentally broke a piece to my new glycerin dab straw. Dropped it right out the box. Pulsar sent me an entire unit right away, they went above and beyond. I will continue to order from this company and support good business! I also ordered the wizard 510 auto draw, great purchase, bigger and better quality than I thought I was getting. Very pleased with all our purchases from vapes to glass, thanks Pulsar!

the day i ordered item i got an email stating item has shipped. two days later i check tracking on item and it says still waiting on item but a label has been made. 4 days later item still hasnt says finally shipped . now a werk and a 1/2 later still no item delivered, no tracking info available and pulzars or this shitty company still wont refund my money, then a few days later they send email saying its not the companys fault its a carrier problem . they say weather delays. its not in california wildfires, and i live in the south so we only had two days of snow. item was coming from north carolina. a few days later still no item and still they will not refund my money. company sucks and will just steal ur money
