AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They cheat their customers and lie about their rakeback and other customer loyalty bonuses. I've done the math and have been cheated out of nearly $2,000. After proving this to them and providing the numbers and citing their terms and conditions, they've dismissed my claim and told me they have up to 40 days to reply in an attempt to defer compensation.

Won a decent amount and expected some verification delay. Nope. Got paid fast. That’s all I needed to see.

Shortly after, I received a message stating that my betting behaviour was “suspicious” and that an investigation was required. I was asked to provide personal documents (ID, proof of address, and a selfie with ID), but only via email to an address using the domain “tickets.helpdesk.com”, which does not appear to be an official or secure company domain.
For security reasons, I refused to send such sensitive information through email and instead requested a proper verification method (such as a secure upload within my account or a trusted third-party KYC provider). I followed up on April 5th.

Since then:
- I have received no response
- My withdrawal remains unresolved
- My access to support within the platform has been blocked (the support page cannot be accessed properly in the browser)

I have also come across multiple similar reports from other users describing the same pattern.

At this point, I am still waiting for either a secure verification process or the payout of my remaining balance. I am open to resolving this matter if proper communication is restored.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this platform.
