Punt is a sister site to chanced casino. My favorite thing about punt is the instant redemption. Also there is a large variety of games to choose from. They have great customer service as well. I 100% recommend.

They won't pay out. They asked me for my social security card right after my redemption said it went through but didn't. I had to go to ssa office and get one. Unreasonable. I was verified already. Clearly a way to keep peoples winnings who don't have their card. None of the 75 sweeps casinos ive made withdrawals from has asked for a social security card. They don't take a driver's license. Birth certificate.
So even after I got my card they still won't payout. They keep sending me a link but I just connect my bank account through this verification company I've never even heard of. Then it says payment successful. That's it. It's happened a dozen times now. They have a high redemption minimum compared to other casinos ($100). It's one of only casinos I've never won and made a withdrawal. The other one being it's sister site ... Chanced. Avoid both. I know alot about sweeps casinos. PUNT AND CHANCE ARE NO BUENO!!

I never really played punt I play almost all the social casinos but have been skipping this one because of some of the reviews. They offered some free coins on Reddit. I was able to win enough to cash out but that's not why I'm writing the review. Not only was I able to win enough to cash out when I cashed out it was like no hassle verified instantly and I cashed out instantly and when I say instant I mean within 2 minutes. I'm now going to deposit I think it's fair considering to play a little back. And see that the game plays the same m for the deposit. Which I'm sure it is and just wanted to say thank you to everyone that works there y'all made it really easy I appreciate it and this is definitely a bonus I did not expect.

I've been trying to redeem my winnings for the past 10 hours and nobody will respond to me the email does not work Chat says under 2 hours and nobody has responded to me it's been about 10 ,12 hours. This is ridiculous

I have been waiting since 1/1/2025 for a $130 redemption, and it’s been pending ever since. I’ve opened a support ticket that never got responded to. Tried follow-up chat requests with no response. My account is verified and I successfully withdrew once before.

This is a complete clown site. They have a 3x playthrough on all purchases and a lot of their games dont even count towards the playthrough. They will also straight up restrict or ban you if you do anything even close to winning on this bs site.
