Was a little skeptical at first because none of my standard ACH redemptions were working and needed support to add the funds back into my account. There must’ve been an issue with my bank. After adding my debit card and trying the instant redemption, the redemption was instantly processed and I saw it in my bank account. Great experience overall and fully legit. Customer service could be a little better but I recommend this site (partially biased because it was very good to me).

Punt is an absolute scam.I won $120 on January 6th. Tried to redeem the instant redemption option and continued to the get general response "we are processing but currently backed up". Followed up every week for 2 months. Logged in today and the redemption amount is now gone and still hasn't been paid out. Do NOT use this casino. Chumba, Vivaro. Yay, Stake, Sportzino, and DingDingDing all pay out as advertised. SweepSlots takes 2 months, but does eventually payout. Punt falsely advertises and takes your personal info probably to sell it on the black market. Stay away....you've been warned!

Identity thief alert!! Birth Certificate? After succesfully depositing and then winning they refused to vefiry me and demanded my birth certificate even though I was already verified. The rep stated they are entitled to request further verification, they are thieves
