After being a loyal customer for 2 years and wagering a million and a half SCS out of pocket over half a million to ask me for statements of all my financials which I refuse to give all of my financials but I did give the statements of the three cards that I use to purchase gold coin bundles with no explanation they close my account before closing my account they threatened to close my account if I didn't cooperate two weeks while my account was restricted I was denied bonuses the VIP bonuses so when you spend a lot of money to climb that tear it wasn't for anybody but pot I would have never thought they would have done this in fact I thought highly of them to be legit they are the worst consumer vampires I've ever dealt with

Site will not let me verify my SSN via their third-party provider Veriff. Support said I must send a picture of my SSN card to them to verify manually. Highly Suspicious as a SSN card is a highly sensitive document. I offered the last 4 of my SSN but they said they need a picture. Would rather forfeit my $117 then allow my information to be abused.

Main problem is the constant cheating on their blackjack games

I signed up and played on Punt.com, made a $200 purchase via Apple Pay on January 29th, and had some good wins that got my redeemable Sweeps Coins balance up to around $2000. The games were fun, the site is easy to use, and I enjoyed the selection at first.

But when I tried switching games, my account suddenly froze. I contacted live chat immediately—they said they'd escalate it. Shortly after, I got a message saying I'd violated the Terms of Service and my account was permanently closed. That's all—no specific details about what I supposedly did wrong, just "security purposes" when I asked for an explanation.

I've read their Terms and Conditions carefully multiple times: no VPN, no multiple accounts, no foul language, no abusive behavior, nothing prohibited. My play was completely normal and legit. It feels like I finally hit a decent win, and instead of paying out, they just shut it down and kept the money.

The $2000 is still visible in the account records, but I can't redeem it. Support has been useless—copy-paste responses, no escalation, no help with gift cards or any alternative since I didn't have a bank linked (only Apple Pay). Persistent chats and emails get nowhere.

This seems like a classic case of these sweepstakes sites closing accounts right after wins to avoid payouts. The lack of transparency and refusal to explain or release funds is deceptive and unfair. I wouldn't recommend Punt.com if you're planning to win anything significant—they might just take it away without reason.

Do yourself a favor before playing and sort to see just the 1-star reviews. They seem much more believable than the rest.

After depositing $140, and seeing my balance steadily decrease, I finally hit the free spins...for $15! It only cost me $120 to win $15. If that's your idea of a value, this is the place for you. At least give me a few wins to string me along! I see many others mentioning fast redemptions....which I guess makes sense as they probably don't process too many so they have ample time to do so!

This experience, to me, was one of the worst social casino experiences I have had. From creating account, verifying, to losing $140 was less than 30 minutes...and that's with $.50 to $.60 cent spins.
