I recently cashed out $450 from this online casino directly to my debit card. The money was deposited into my account, but just a few hours later, the same amount was taken back out of my bank account without my authorization. It’s been three days, and I’m still getting the runaround with no clear answers or refund.

There’s no phone support, and customer service only gives vague responses instead of actually fixing the issue. This is completely unacceptable — if they can withdraw money from players’ accounts without consent, that’s a serious problem.

I just want my $450 returned and for this casino to take responsibility for their mistake. Be very cautious if you choose to deposit or play here.
