I signed up in May thinking this was a one off payment as we wanted to home a rescue dog. I have had 2 more payments go out of my account without my authorisation. This morning I spoke to my credit card reps, who then put me onto the fraud department. My card has now been stopped and a new one will be issued, so these people are unable to take any more funds from that account. If you are having problems like mine, I suggest you do the same. It’s obviously a scam.

Total scam do not pay them anything! Be careful when buying everyone. Many red flags of the website too! Don’t give these scammers anything.

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could , I have been trying to cancel payments to this company but they continue to take the payments monthly and I have had nothing from them. I tried again today but couldn’t cancel yet again and no contact has been made. I will have to go into my bank, they are scammers, the worst kind 😡

I was ready to enter my credit card number and then I thought, I better check the reviews first. So glad I did. This is a SCAM for sure. I don't believe 90% of the 5-star ratings. So many of the reviews used words/phrases that 'normal' people would never use - like seamless. So many of the reviews used this word that it let you know it was the company writing the reviews themselves.

The owner was told to cancel my card being charged, I was in the hospital at the time with something serious, this person took the money referred to his policy, I told him the fist day the page is not real, the animals are just free links anyone could get. The animals are so an expensive , I guess some are mills .this person stole from me and is happy about it. The page is a joke all advertising for other things in related. Please report to the BBB if you do a chat back for fraud he gets charged and can get shut down, this guy is so awful read the reviews of elderly people he dose dirty , how he so greedy not to just retern month he takes from people , even people tat donate to him are complaining he uses the cards around the world, I was miss led like all of you I thought he was in the USA and could be responsible . Report this guy with everything you have

I have tried multiple time to find a puppy. Every time I send a message about a pup they advertise I’m told every puppy has been adopted. I’ve asked for other choices on puppies but I never get a positive response from them. Is this group for real or is it another scam??

I was looking for a kitten back in March. When I went to the website in March, they told me I had a one time charge. I gave them my credit card and paid it. Then I noticed each month they were Charging me $9.99. I went back on the site to cancel, thought I was all set. Then went the next month looked at my statement and the charges were back on. So back on the website canceled also sent an email with the copy of the verification that I canceled. Waited several days email came back stating that I was all set and they’ll be no further charges. This is now going into the third month and I’m still fighting this. I am now needing to cancel my credit card with the bank.

Just don’t. I didn’t and glad I didn’t but email is now flooded. I knew better than to give my cc glad I did my research!!

Stole my money, fraud.

This website is a scam every puppy I’ve seen here, I’ve also seen them on Pinterest. SO fake! No puppy is ever free unless it’s a stray or a gift. Even adoption centre require a donation. Don’t get scammed by this website…

You can't get a hold of anybody I tried the direct message twice I sent them two emails can't get anybody to return my email I register and I'm fixing to delete my account because nobody will get back to me about a puppy I wanted

I registered as a member to puppies nation in December of 2023 at a fee of $9.90 with the understanding that this was a one-time membership.
I recently checked my credit card charge history and discovered that my card was charged $9.90 each month thru May 2024. I understand the first charge for December 2023, but I do not understand or did I agree to the additional charges.
I contacted their accounting department for a refund or credit of $49.50 and I was told that they do not give
credits or refunds. I can forward these emails if necessary. They did not send monthly notices
of credit card charges by email or texts.
I want to share my experience and hopefully this will help unsuspecting future customers. I should have reviewed Trust Pilot before registering. In fact, I never used Puppies Nation to locate a pet because I found a
pet days after registering through a local agency. I am planning to contact accounting and give them another chance before I take legal action.

*UPDATE 5/22: after a lot of emails back & forth, they have emailed today stating they have issued the refund for my father. When it is received, I will update here again (and same if it doesn’t get received).

SCAMMERS!!! They took advantage of my elderly father. I had explained to them that my father was previously scammed out of $400 from another company and that he was interested in going through PuppiesNation for a dog he was interested in. What did they do? SCAMMED HIM ALSO. Sent us a “link to sign up”, we did so, paid the $9.99 it asked for and then they took it and LOCKED HIS ACCOUNT. I’ve reached out 5 times now asking for a phone number and they refuse to provide one. I told them I’ve printed all my attempts to get his money back and their responses and will be mailing them to the BBB and every other company that needs to be aware of how grimey puppies nation is. Out here stealing from old people…I will not stop emailing until they make this right and in the meantime I will be sharing the photos and reviews everyday until he gets his money back. These 1 star reviews are absolutely correct and we will be making sure this is put to a stop. News stations aren’t exempt, we will absolutely bring this company to the media’s attention… you deserve to be put out of business.
A whole month I’ve been asking for his $10 to be returned but it seems $10 to this company is more important than the elderly they’re stealing it from. I will be posting this review on EVERY WEBSITE I CAN.
Better hope there isn’t another unauthorized charge because we’ve already informed the banks that you’re out here committing fraud.

They charge you a fee just to message someone about adopting dogs. I was very interested in one pup in particular so I paid the fee even though I thought it was ridiculous to do so. I messaged them several times and they got back to me 3 days later to tell me that the dog was already adopted. They shouldn't be charging people just to inquire about a dog and they should have told me much sooner if there was an ongoing process already. Very disappointed.

Paid them $10 to have access to the Puppiesnation site. Every pet I was interested in adopting was "No longer available." Very disappointing. Looked on the site a few weeks later; all of the pets that I was previously told were not available were still listed on the site as available. Sent them a message asking for a refund; got a reply saying, "We're sorry you couldn't find the right pet" and "Sorry, no refund." No one is updating the site, they're just cashing in while they're asleep at the wheel. Don't waste your money.

I don't use their service. I wanted to browse puppies because I was considering a puppy some time ago. I was informed that I had to sign up for one month at 9 something dollars and it would only be the one time charge for using their site. WELL...for months now they have tried to charge my card for a subscription. I have to keep my card locked so they can't take money, THEIVES!! I will be getting a lawyer and suing for harassment!! If I didn't have to they would not have the 1 star they don't deserve.

Am still waiting for a response from both the person that has the dog and from puppiesnation. Would also like for them to update their files. I try to leave a comment and the screen jumps to the screen where you fill out all the info and pay. That has been done and posted with my bank, Lets get this corrected!!!!!

Scammers! They refuse to cancel my young sons subscription.
We’ll have to close down his bank account and open a new one up.
