I spend almost $100 on thin, bad quality shirts, and you have the nerve to tell me I can’t exchange them?

I ordered a pair of leggings. One leg was was to have a Disney tigger and the other leg was to say tigger. There is NO tigger on the black leg.

I read the size instructions very carefully. I measured my body parts and ordered a 2x as per the sizing chart. I live in the US and wear a M on all of my leggings.

These leggings are made of non-cotton materials and are HUGE.

They sewed them together with white thread not black that would have matched the material.

Very disappointed and I was so excited to order them. It’s a shame

Only way to pay for merchandise is PayPal. I am one of many that refuse to use Paypal.

THEY SHIP FROM CHINA! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. 1ST OFF I WAITED ALMOST A MONTH TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AND ONCE I RECEIVED IT I HAD A MISSING SEAT COVER AND THE ONE SEAT COVER I RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED AND THE FASTENER BROKE WITH EASE. IVE REACHED OUT TO PUPPY PRINT SEVERAL TIMES AND IM GETTING THE RUN AROUND INSTEAD OF THEM FIXING THE ISSUE. THE SEAT COVER ARE ALSO CHEAP MATERIAL AND THEY DON'T SHIP FROM THE USA, THEY SHIP FROM CHINA!

Duvet color not color nor fabric as advertised. They will not let me return. Buyer Beware. Horrible customer service

This is my first time ordering or they FAKE??? BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEIR NUMBER NO ANSWER!!! IM TRYING TO PAY VISA N NOT PAYPAL STILL NO ANSWER IF I DIDNT NEED THESE SHIRTS FOR A WEDDING I WOULD BE TAKING MY SERVICES SOME WHERE ELSE...BAD BUSINESS

I ordered something as a special christmas gift, didn't receive it 3 weeks after the original estimated delivery date, customer service does not respond to emails. When I cancelled via Paypal, then they responded with a tracking number, still never received merchandise 4 weeks later. They ask me to remove my negative rating, when I told them no. They changed the status. POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DID NOT RECEIVE ITEM which was meant to be special. Instead of them responding they just changed my category and didn't say anything! I wish I could give 0 stars.

I can't get ahold of them emailed payed for seat covers 50 dollars and not getting them is this A Scam

I accidentally order a shirt the wrong color. I've tried numerous time in sending emails because both telephone number don't work. One is repeatedly busy and the other rings until it hangs up. All i wanted to do is switch colors. I received the same stupid email back to back. I've explained I order the wrong color but no help. I will never buy from here again. I gave 1 star but deserve no stairs.

Strongly advise against business with this company. Extremely long delivery time and wrong product when received. Did what they asked in email for pictures and labels just to get more excuses. Waste of money and time.

This company lies and does not do what they say….Avoid doing business with them….Scammers….

Do NOT buy from this company. I ordered a hoodie late November as a Christmas gift. After 3 weeks of no email order confirmation or tracking info I emailed them at the customer service email listed. 4 times I emailed them and I got an automated email response saying my message wasn't sent because the email I provided didnt exist. After doing some research I found a different email address listed on their Facebook page. So I emailed that one. While waiting to hear a response back I started a refund request through my PayPal account. It was only after doing that that I heard back from the company and basically they said they were overwhelmed with orders bit it was on the way and if I would cancel my PayPal refund request because it's bad for their company. At this point Christmas was 3 days away. So they did finally send a tracking number and my item. Was being sent from Shang Hai. The address listed on their web page was Delaware, USA so I assumed that's where they were located. Anyhow here it is January 11 and my item has still not arrived. According tracking info its made it through customs and is in the USA but at this point I don't expect to come at all.

My experience has been terrible.. Before saying anything about the situation I'm giving you a chance to redeem the situation. I'm needing a tracking number and phone number to speak with an agent. The next step is contacting PayPal for a refund.. I'll give a review after getting the information requested.. PayPal will be contacted very soon. The Time-line has been from November 15 for the date of ordering and current date of December 29.. I'm very frustrated and disappointed..

I could provide a meaning of zero I would. They are misleading with their product and location. My order did not arrive in time. I reached out regarding a refund,
which they state they do not do. Thank goodness for protection on my credit card for my purchase. I will be receiving a refund! The purpose of this commentary is to let other people know buyer beware. They outsource to China as their place of location/return.It's return policy makes it even more expensive to ship back than it is to actually purchase the item itself.

Ordered a sweater. Fake tracking number and refused to return money. Reported to paypal.

Stay away from this site.

Fraudulent Company!!! I purchased a shirt over 1 month ago and still haven't received my item. I sent countless emails to the company to no avail. Only response I received was" a label has been created" and a fake web site that doesn't allow my to track my package. It's a complete scam! Avoid at all cost.
