I received a beautiful Witch and Black…
I received a beautiful Witch and Black Cat canvas. The quality is amazing and it was packaged so carefully. Recent bad weather in the U.S. interfered with deliveries being prompt. The seller communication was excellent to reassure me that my package was on the way :)

Poor customer service
The quilt I ordered wasn't anything like I saw online. Not only were the colors WAY off but the quality is very poor. I contacted the company and they refused a refund. I would not recommend buying from this company!

It is a regret that the item did not work out for you! We have looked at your order with the photo of actual item provided, and it is almost the same. The color will be little lighter due to different computer's displayer screen. In addition, it is in the email that you stated to love the quilt, regretfully, it doesn't match the decor you have in the room that you planned to use it in. And for that, we could not issue a refund.
We would appreciate it if you could understand this situation.

The tracking number provided did not work. The quilt that I ordered did arrive but was extremely thin and the a lot of the colors were completely different in the advertisement. I'm pretty disappointed as I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife. we did get a laugh in at how bad it was though.

Shayne, it is a regret that the item did not work out for you! However, the quilt was delivered on Dec 31st but not until Feb 20th you contacted us. In addition, we stated in our policies that you need to reach out within 20 days from the time you got your order.
We do not know why you did not contact us earlier but it is reasonable that the issue is no longer verified and we are unable to support.

Extremely small not a throw
Although it is cute and soft it is NOT a throw as was stated. I have bath towels that are bigger. Very disappointed

The blanket is nice. Vibrant colors and soft. Very thin for the price. More like a throw than actual blanket.

Took way to long to recieve
When I finally recieved my item its just your average print on a canvas. Just overall like the wording. It took 3 weeks to finally recieve my item. I was told it was hand made so I was expecting to see something like hand made but it was just printed on a canvas that at the most should have took a week in a half.
Wouldn't purchase again.

My grandson wanted to get his dad and stepmom the same Christmas present. A fleece blanket of an American Husky dog with the American flag.
I was initially apprehensive about the order because I did not get an order acknowledgement. This would be a software issue. I emailed the company and received an immediate response. The product was ordered on 07 Dec 2020 and was received on 16 December 2020. I was also sent an email with the shipment tracking information. I would do business with this company again.
Very easy to send email and get a very quick response.
Often in today's world it is very hard to communicate and get a response.
