After seeing my review, the founder of PuraU reached out to me personally and offered advice on my skin issues (likely an underlying issue) along with a full refund.

Although the product didn't work for me, the customer service has been excellent so should give you the confidence to give PuraU a try as it may work for you.

The founders are clearly very passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers, so overall this has not been a negative experience.

Unfortunately PuraU hasn't worked for me. I purchased the Advanced Acne Programme as recommended by the quiz as I have been struggling with acne for some time, particularly around my chin, neck and chest areas.

Everything arrived promptly in lovely packaging with great communication and customer service.

I really wanted this to work and loved the idea of a natural cure so followed all the instructions for the 60-day course. However I have found myself with several (usual) flare-ups throughout the course (after the initial purge) and have had to resort back to topical clindamycin amongst other things as my skin was really getting me down.

I am currently taking the gut maintain but I don't think this will make a difference after 60 days of no results with the main programme.

I really wanted this to work and had been wary of spending so much on a natural 'cure' but have tried so many things I was willing to give it a go. As a student this was a lot of money for me (despite purchasing at a discount) and although wary of the promises of a miracle cure, had hoped for the best.

I'm happy this may have worked for so many people, but sadly not for me. Give it a go if you can afford to but be realistic that it might not work for you and you may be back at square one. Anyone struggling with acne knows how it can affect your self confidence so just be aware it might get worse before it gets better (if at all).

Unfortunately for me I am $240 down and still having to purchase expensive topical products to try to clear my acne, and feeling a bit naive that I thought it would really work.

We were very sceptical after the 90 day acne program didn’t work for my daughter. We persevered with another short acne program and it thankfully it worked. My daughter has now been acne free for 3 months on maintenance. Keep at it, push through. IT WORKS. Thank you Purau.

I have been using the Skin & Gut Maintain for the last month after the Advanced Acne Program. It has helped maintain the results. I still get some acne but it is mild in comparison to what it was in the past. I was on doxycycline before using Purau and the supplements have prevented any severe acne returning after stopping the antibiotics.

My teenage daughter suffers from bad acne but with these products it has improved significantly. Thank you for creating a wonderful product.

The Skin and Gut Maintain formulae has allowed me to maintain clear skin even after completing the advanced 90-day acne program 4 months ago. Before starting on the program , I used to get breakouts due to stress or poor diet, and even fall ill easily. After, completing the program my skin has not been this flawless in a while and immune system has definitely strengthened - keep in mind that my allergies have also toned down drastically. I plan on continually using the Skin and Gut Maintain supplements.

The products are great and really work. I needed to stick to the three step program for a long time, and I was worried that I wasnt getting the results that were promised. The team at Purau kept really looking after me and my skin has been great. I still get a few spots here and there, but for the most part its clear.

I had acne all over my back and after the 1st 30 days of taking 2 capsules a day it cleared right up. I only take one capsule a day now and my back has stayed clear. I haven't changed anything else about my lifestyle so I know the capsules have really worked for me. Its a great product. I only wish it was cheaper so more people could afford it. Acne affects so many people and takes a toll on people's confidence and self-esteem

I started the advance program 8 months ago and within a week I saw a major difference in my skin. It's now been 6 months, which have been great! However just in the last couple of weeks I have been getting a lot of hormonal acne. Maybe time to try the 40 day program.

Soo happy with my results!! I did the 3 month long program and at the end of it my skin had definitely cleared a lot but not completely, I reached out to PURAU about it and they sent me another month for free, which at the end that month, my skin was completely clear.

Pura U has really helped to clear my skin! This is my second time purchasing it. The first time I did the 90 day program and it completely cleared my skin. After a few months I started noticing some breakouts again so I purchased the 40 day program and I’ve nearly finished another round and my skin is much clearer.

It’s expensive but I find my skin does so much better when I keep using the Skin and Gut maintain! If I take a break for a bit I’ll find I’ll start having little breakouts again so I end up going back to clear up my skin.
