Good food arrived on time, thank you

It is always a very seamless process and very reliable coming in on time!

We spent £300 on a corporate order for sandwiches and salad platters. The boxes had upright handles but the food was completely obliterated and not well presented because it had slid all around. I'm not sure how the delivery drivers or Pure catering team handled them before it arrived with us but it required cleaning up before presenting which for £300, we shouldn't have to do.

There were promotional printed business cards for free coffees actually IN the salad and covered in sauce which we had to pick out - gross and not very professional, these should have been stuck to the outer packaging and not put IN the food.

The overall value for money was poor. Very expensive and underwhelming portion sizes.

I was in Pure Nord Gatwick and there i is one amazing lady , her name is Florentina she was in charge to make my coffee(cappuccino )on barista ,its was an amazing coffee and i am a barista as well,i know what is good quality coffee , si was very kindly and nice ..that smile make me happy .i recommended this place its amazing.

Absolutely disgraceful price gauging tactics by Healthy Retail Ltd. For example, their Chicken Picante wrap has gone from £4.50 in March 2021 to £7.00 in September 2024 (55% increase in price). Comparatively, UK inflation during that period was 10%. I appreciate they're making an EBITDA loss of $2.8m each FY but there's no justification for this level of price inflation - something that makes Pret's price rises seem absolutely reasonable! 1 star.

Det er en fælde! Jeg og min familie trængte til noget sundt mad i London... vi blev dog slemt skuffet da vi besøgte Pure. De stod ikke engang og lavede maden selv, det hele var tilbered (sikkert fra en fabrik) og deres job var bare og varme det. Man kan næsten smage den frisklavet omelet med friske tomater og den lille skål med frisk frugt, ud fra billederne. Men alt var desværre smagløst! Så lad være med at tro på hvad du ser.

met a few of your sales rep from pure today at a food festival one of your particular young gentleman stood out amongst the rest who was extremely rude and obnoxious very sad to see the way this particular sales person conducted themselves considering they are the face of your company.

would never entertain pure if that is the ppl who are promoting the product would make me think what the business is like internally now I have put up a review I can see..

Rude and irresponsible staff at the canary wharf. I witnessed the incident where the manager threatened to call security instead of accepting and apologising for his mistake

Recently had a nourish bowl. A great portion size, very filling and tasty! Pure needs to open shops in Clapham Junction and Kingston.

Horrible treatment by the waitress , food taste of plastic. The person who took my food order acted so rude. She was extremely rude and mistreated another customer, who only tried asking her a question about the food. With 100 % certainty, I will never come back to this establishment EVER! Oh and one more thing.. it was also overpriced in a degree that it was a severe insult. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed.

Well if only their actual product matched the pictures. Had the bacon&egg which basically looked like a blended concoction of the ingredients as opposed to identifiable components.. sadly a massive yuk from my part.. coffee was it’s only saving grace which washed away the taste of the food brilliantly.
