Very warm and silky feeling but only bad thing was how long it took to cape which was about 2 weeks when it said 5 days other then that happy with it.

I queried a pair of jogger bottoms my daughter had got as a gift. Peter went over and above to help out and without any issue took on board my feed back on the joggers. Asked the guys if they could put a rush on my order using the messaging feature on the website, got a reply after 2 mins when it was well past 11pm saying that they’ve have it packed and posted first thing! Unbelievable service and so friendly, really appreciated it!
