Pure Diesel went over and above to remedy an issue with my order. Although it was a shaky start, I have full confidence in PDP and there selection of parts. I also believe that any business experiences the occasional glitch, the way that issue is handled, is the difference between a shoddy operation, and a quality company. I have FULL CONFIDENCE in PDP’s ability to provide Quality parts, and the Grace to own occasional miscues, to the satisfaction of the customer.
I will definitely be using PDP for future parts!

I ordered a replacement master cylinder…
I ordered a replacement master cylinder part #CAR13-2919 to replace the first master cylinder I ordered from the same company about 5 years ago.
The part that arrived is not the correct part, to return the part they shipped wrong, I had to pay return shipping.

The master cylinder you ordered is a part we previously offered for this application, but the manufacturer has since changed how the part is made. Because of that production change, the current version is no longer correct for your application.
Once we confirmed the issue, we issued a return label and will be crediting you in full. We apologize that this was not caught sooner and understand the inconvenience.
We may have another part option that could work for your application, so please contact us when you’re able and we’d be happy to help review it with you.
