Website is quick and easy to use, as is payment
Delivery arrived quickly
Only issue was with the driver who was unwilling to drive or bring a pallet truck down the lane, resulting in me having to hand ball 21 bags of feed and the pallet from the side of the road - will have to discuss delivery arrangements with purefeed prior to my next delivery as not entirely sure what would have happened if I hadn’t been there to take the delivery.

Dear Rachael,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you had issues with the actual delivery. The drivers are usually helpful in delivering the feed where it is required. However, if it's some distance from the road side they may not always oblige due to time constraints. Please drop us an email at info@purefeed.com so we can look into this more for you.
