They are scammers. Do not buy anything from them. They will sell you a free theme without activation code. Whatever you buy from them, I assure you that you won't be able to use it and they won't reply you if you send them a message. Please do not buy from them. Save your money and check other websites. Do not trust them at all. I bought a premium theme from them that is asking for code, I sent them a message and they didn't reply me.

We have already clearly mentioned that single purchases of Elementor theme do not include activation. Activation is only available in our membership plan, so we have not disappointed or misled any user.
Apart from this, we even provided you with a free membership and requested your domain details so we could activate the theme for you. Instead of cooperating, you posted a negative review and even mentioned that you would tell your friends to post negative reviews as well. That is very unprofessional and unfair.

We purchased a theme from PureGPL expecting a smooth activation process as advertised. After payment, they told us we needed to pay an additional amount for theme activation – which we unfortunately agreed to.
But after paying the extra amount, they completely stopped responding. No support, no activation, and no further communication at all. It feels like a scam.
This is not how professional service works. If you value your time and money, we strongly advise avoiding this platform.

Your review is misleading and does not match our records. We have never advertised theme activation for single product purchases. Activation is clearly mentioned as a benefit of our membership plan only, and this is stated on our website before purchase.
We did not ask for any "extra" amount beyond what is required for activation under the membership plan. We always deliver the products exactly as described and provide full support to genuine customers.
We also have no record of you being left without a response — if you share your order details publicly or with Trustpilot, we can prove your claims are false. Posting unverified allegations damages trust unfairly.
