My boiler was not properly installed, I had a massive gas leak few days after installation. I had to call the emergency helpline with a huge panic.

From the start of the consultation to the engineer Val who was extremely professional,on time and kept my house clean. Val was very respectful of our home . I would defivatrjy recommend this company and service again to anyone

After we moved we found that the water pressure in our bathroom was very low, it was almost impossible to take a shower. To fix this we decided to replace our vented hot water cylinder, move it to a different location in the house and convert it to unvented. We decided that this would also be a good opportunity to convert the heating to unvented. We contacted Pure Heating & Renewable Solutions after a word of mouth recommendation from friends. It took them some time to get back to us, which we later found out was due to a temporary staffing issue and big life events for owner Ricky. Ricky called us back and booked a visit for a survey. He was friendly and knowledgable, listened, and came up with ideas on how to do the project, which we discussed. We were limited on space, but he found a way to fit everything, whereas other companies that we called for a quote didn't. This is one of the reasons I'm so glad we went with Pure Heating. He explained all our options, but he didn't try to push for a specific solution (for example upgrading our boiler). Once everything was agreed, Ricky sent me a quote with two options for a cylinder. I accepted the quote and made the deposit payment. Ricky is very busy and due to the temporary staffing issue at the time he wasn't always responsive, however the work was eventually booked for the week which he had promised during the survey. The work was carried out by Ali, with professionalism and attention to detail. He is friendly and answered all my questions and took all my concerns on board. Due to several unexpected issues outside of Ali's control the work took longer than expected, but that wasn't a problem for us, especially because I could see that he wanted to get it done properly. Where someone else might have rushed to get it finished and moved on to the next job, Ali demonstrated commitment and attention to detail. At the end he cleaned up very well and explained what he has done and how everything works. We now have good pressure in the shower. We are happy with the results and are going to book pure heating & renewable solutions for other jobs in the future.

Hugely professional and helpful - great value and amazing customer service

Ricky was very helpful when he visited us and explained our options. Al came to install our boiler a few days later and worked so hard, he didn't stop. He was very polite and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Very competitive quote. Ricky and Nikki allied all my fears with personable customer service in answering all my questions. Installation carried out by Kieran to the highest standard and duty of care towards the home. So far all is good with the new boiler, still coming to grips with the new thermostat but hope I've sorted that out in time for winter.

Sorting a couple of small issues took long

We had a boiler installed recently by this company. We chose them as Ricky, the engineer, gave reliable and trustworthy advice. The boiler was installed quickly and efficiently and we found dealing with this company effortless. The price was also competitive although it was the overall service that we most appreciated. We are happy to recommend this company.
