Hi. I deducted one star for the long delay, which cost me rescheduling, etc. I was very irritated by the company's failure to even inform me of the delay—a long delay. Furthermore, no one could tell me where my shipment was. The shipment was simply lost. That's unprofessional. However, regarding the radiator I purchased, I'm very pleased so far. The item hasn't been damaged and is perfect. Well-made and sturdy. Thank you.
