The service I received by Doctor Rosenberg was exceptionally impressive and I was blown away by his attentiveness, kindness, sensitivity and accuracy, I have been to many nutritionists in my life and have spent alot of money on vitamins in the past. Doctor Rosenberg is an exceptionally honest man who really cares about the client sitting in front of him rather than selling him vitamins to make money. The vitamins Doctor Rosenberg prescribed as fit for me have literally changed my life as the quality and ingredients are far purer than anything you would buy off the shelf. I was suffering with a skin condition for many years and have seen many doctors and used different creams and pills but nothing helped. After taking a probiotic prescribed by doctor Rosenberg not even a week had passed and it's clearing up!
As my energy levels were so low I had to take a nap every afternoon before Doctor Rosenberg found the solution to that too!
I would highly recommend Doctor Rosenberg as his service and products are simply second to none.

Disappointed and will never use them again. They send you products you purchased at FULL price, right near expiry date! Bad selling practice.

I purchased expensive probiotics bottle and it only has 2 months before expiry date will pass. This purchase was disappointing and a waste of money. I raised this issue weeks ago and of course got NO RESPONSE to my email.

I have had a problem with a company trading with a very similar name to Purenaturals.
I’ve had reason to communicate with David from Purenaturals who has been very helpful in my quest to get a resolution. He is contacting my bank to help them and me resolve this problem.
I wanted to leave a review to highlight this helpfulness by one of your colleges.

The day after I placed my order, I was advised that the item wasn't in stock and was offered an alternative at additional cost. I accepted, but it took almost 2 weeks for Pure Naturals to respond to my request for an update on delivery, meanwhile they kept payment for my original item. I then requested a refund so that I could get the product elsewhere on next day delivery.

Although the refund was acknowledged and confirmed swiftly, I am as yet to receive funds to my bank account, and we are now a month after my original order!!!

Would not recommend this company

I ordered some prenatal vitamins from their website in July and didn’t receive them so I contacted them via email at least 3 times and I didn’t get any reply! After which I tried to call them and I was told someone in charge of these problems would call me back and nobody did. In the end I have received nothing, they didn’t have the decency to contact me and I haven’t been refunded. I asked for a proof of postage which I never received so in the end as far as I am concerned they might as well have never sent the goods. Therefore they are just dishonest thieves!!!! I feel I have been mistreated as a customer and it has been a stressful and upsetting experience, all the more as I am pregnant! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!
