After a bad RTC back in December I was refered to pure physio in Birmingham too see Khushbu on the first few sessions we was both concerned with the lack of movement and amount of pain I was in from my injury’s but she was soo patient with me! 8 sessions later I have made enough recovery that I can finally get back to my daily activities! Thank you so much khushbu for all your patience and support through this!

I was having an issue with my rotator…
I was having an issue with my rotator cuff, really painful and debilitating, the NHS had a wait of more than 17 weeks.
Went online and found this service which was only a mile away from home.
Easy booking online and well worth the cost.
I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Max , very helpful and an element of’hands on’ which cemented my exercise regime.
Cannot thank you enough.

Post Hip Replacement Rehab
I had 2 sessions with Joanna following my left hip replacement in February this year. The exercises that were prescribed helped me to regain my strength and confidence following my surgery and enabled me to get back to normal much quicker.
I would highly recommend Joanna to anyone who is having a hip replacement.

It is my first ever course of physiotherapy and I have to say the practitioner knew exactly what was happening and could get straight to the problem area. I am very happy with the progress and the explanation of my particular condition and the process needed to rectify it.

Happily Took My Money And Failed To Follow Up
I saw them about back pain, and they asked me to get some blood tests done, which they didn't help me to sort out, so it was a bit of a pain.
I went for the blood test and shared the results with them, but they didn't seem to want to help me after that. I emailed a few times and they never responded.
Very strange.

Absolutely first class treatment
Absolutely first class treatment. Lizzie is getting me through what is a quite a tough and long journey for me with recovery from a jaw sprain. The treatment of a combination of acupuncture, massage and my program of exercises for home are making a huge difference. I have felt low at times with it all overwhelming me but Lizzie has been a great support and her positivity keeps me on track. Always feel great after my session.
