Total fraud
I saw their ad online and the promise that you have 60 days to try out the product and, if you're not happy, you can return it with a full refund, including shipping.
The order took 3 weeks to arrive; it was partially different from the pictures, and the item is clearly faulty, as it heats up a lot and doesn't function properly. I wrote to their support to legitimately ask for a return and refund. They answered me that I can't return the item, even after 5 days from receiving it, because even if on the landing pages and emailers they state

Meaning: the statements they make on landing pages and emailers are completely fake, and you get defrauded.
