They unknowingly signed me up for reacurring subscription and make it impossible to cancel and never respond to any of m 17 email request to cancel everything. And have not refunded me anything. Do not order from here they automatically sign you up for an auto subscription with out any way to cancel. I see several people have had the same bad experience and deceptive experience I have had do not get roped into this endless money stealing they do I still have not been able to cancel I’m calling my bank to block any further auto withdrawals to them.

I ordered ONE bottle and I never subscribe. All of a sudden I get another one mailed so tried to reach out to them and they denied it. I told them I am returning both. They replied with you DID subscribe (I didn’t) so no returns and further they are sending one more!!! This is a scam for sure. No way to contact them except website and they do not return conversation!!!

First of all, I got terrible diarrhea after a couple of days of taking it. I immediately attempted to return the 2 unopened bottles only to learn that I had signed up for a subscription and that the “next” shipment was already being processed. I when I checked, the supposedly second shipment was processed less than 3 weeks after I had received the first order. They are offering me 20% off my first order and, telling me that subscription plans can’t be returned! They don’t honor the 90 money back guarantee on subscriptions even tho I didn’t know it was a subscription.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Would give a 0 if I could. Signs you up to a subscription that is not made clear. When a second order was put through I instantly contacted company to cancel before it was shipped - customer service took days to reply and said too late. Terrible company terrible service. Scammers! BUYER BEWARE!

I'm new! I've only been using this for a few weeks now. I do appreciate that it's uncomplicated and has a palatable flavor. I'm starting to see some leveling in my moods and better sleep, which are lovely. And my train of thought doesn't leave the station as often. Ha! I'll be thrilled to see my efforts on diet and resistance training show in how my clothes fit. Maybe that takes a bit longer. So far, so good.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered the thyroid balance to try to see if it actually worked. I received a notification that I had ordered it again. I logged in and realized they had set me up for a subscription. I never signed up for a subscription, this must be something they automatically do, which I find shady. I reached out to ask them to cancel it, as I haven’t really noticed a change yet and was indecisive on if I wanted to order again, but they told me no. If you do order, make sure you read everything thoroughly and opt out of the subscription, if they even ask for your consent.

Just fyi they will sign you up for a subscription then tell you that you are not eligible for a refund because you have a subscription. I haven’t even received my item yet (been 3 weeks) but was offered a 20% refund on something I haven’t received. I have the email to prove it. I would definitely not recommend.

Product arrived timely. Just started using 2 days ago. Look forward to feeling better.

Have seen tiny changes in alertness and maybe even in my energy lasting into the day longer - looking forward to bigger changes with time!

I just got my order last week and I haven’t noticed anything just yet, but I know it takes my body a little time to adjust, but I am feeling a little bit more focused and a little less brain fog and a little bit more energy but you know as time will tell I’m you know I’m praying for the best and just people don’t give up

I like that this is liquid as I have a hard time taking pills. It’s a good flavor. I emailed customer support with a question and they got right back to me with my answer. I just started using it.

I started taking Pureveen a week ago - so far I have noticed waking up easier and not running out of energy early in the afternoon ….. can’t wait to keep seeing changes

I have been taking medicine for one week and I can already tell when I’m talking I talk complete sentences. I don’t seem to have the mind fog either. My husband‘s even noticed an improvement.

This company is fraud and has been reported to the attorney General, I never did order from them but they have me down for a subscription and had charge me. I taking them down because they won’t cancel a subscription that I never sign up for and I have never used their product. DO NOT ORDER from them….. they are fraud

The product made me have some hormonal health issues that I only experienced once I started taking this. I reached out to the company for a refund explaining my issue and they said they would only give me a 20% refund. All over the website at the time it said try risk free, return no questions asked. Fraud.

I don’t know what the product is like because I looked at the ingredients before purchasing it but they weren’t listed in detail and upon receiving it I realized they use a type of Magnesium I do not tolerate. I have Hashimoto so it’s not just an excuse I made up. I reached out after 2-3 days they replied and said because I bought it on a subscription I cannot return it even though I never opened it it’s sealed the way it came. It’s almost like they trick you to do the subscription which you do thinking it’s a product that you will need for a while but they won’t allow you to return it because of it .I believe the company is shady I would never recommend it now I have to reach out to my credit card company and dispute it which I will . But beware , also a company that has such poor customer service in my opinion it cannot have a good product because they don’t seem to stand behind it .

In my experience, this company felt very misleading. I attempted to cancel my order within a few hours of purchasing, but customer service did not respond for several days and then claimed it was too late to cancel. The order also automatically enrolled me into a subscription, which I thankfully noticed and canceled myself.

The product took about two weeks to arrive and was shipped from China, which was not clearly disclosed when ordering. The company also does not appear to allow customer reviews on its website, which made me even more concerned about the legitimacy of the positive reviews shown there.

I would encourage others to research carefully before ordering.

I ordered one bottle at the discounted price as there was no other option. I did not click to subscribe. After speaking with my Dr. I decided not to use it. I emailed the company requesting a refund. I never opened thr package because their refund policy is strict. I received a reply saying that since I had a subscription they usually don’t do refunds but would give me a special 20% refund instead of the 90% less the restocking fee. This is super shady and poor business practice. I returned it because they never give the percentages on the ingredients that I could find, which makes it difficult to determine how much to take with other supplements. Stick to pharmaceutical grade supplements through your healthcare provider and avoid this company that preys on people with thyroid conditions.

**Update** The order has been received. I was able to go into the account and cancel the (fraudulent) auto-subscription. You have to physically go into your account, look under “subscriptions” and cancel it.
Because they use the CC you originally paid with, 2-3 days after canceling the subscription, go back in and “edit payment” and remove the CC.
I was in contact, eventually, with someone (probably a bot) named Susan. It typically took 3 days for a email response but I did receive one and have kept all correspondence. And I threw the product in the trash, and learned my lesson.

Desperation strikes. I placed an order, never received an order number, confirmation, text message...nothing. I reached out to Purveen and have received no response. Today I contacted my bank about it and am unable to file a dispute because I used Apl Csh. It's rare that I don't do days of homework researching companies before buying new products but here I am. And now I'm guessing, based on other reviews also, Pureveen is suspected to be a fraudulent company, buyer beware.
