If there is a word I can use to describe them its this: Trustworthy

Datacenters are critical for hosting business, specially service like ours, that depends on high performance and reliability.

Aside from the great performance and stability of the service, they are characterized for 1 thing: no BS tech support.

Every time I came with issues, they simply said the truth about it without sugarcoating it, literally felt like an engineer talking to an engineer. I love this.

Never stop being like this.

Been using PureVoltage for a backup BGP session in Dallas for ~4 months now, excellent service and the team was fast getting it setup.
