Honestly forgot about it. However when I ordered it they said when it is back in stock they would contact.
6 months later they indeed contacted me. Whom ever was doing emails was pleasant and helpful clearly very good at customer service.

I putchased one of Purpleleaf's 9 x 12 ft. Umbrellas along with a cover. This was putchased at different dates. Delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the umbrella had missing parts which I discovered upon putting it together about a month after purchase. I contacted Purpleleaf and explained the missing parts, they were very gracious in sending me the missed parts. Their customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone therir poducts.
