I bought a Nemsis Ultra wheel lock for my caravan and I was having difficulty fitting it. I messaged Purpleline Thursday evening and had a reply before 9am the following day. Chloe explained the issue and the remedy required to get it to fit, I sent her my details and she sent me a link to pay for a longer wheel bolt and assured me that it would be posted the same day. All this by 09:30. Unbelievably great customer service 👏 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I needed a spare part for my caravan motor mover, I had the correct part, ordered, delivered and fitted within 24hrs off my initial enquiry.

My enqjiry was for a very small value item - but one which was important to replace an item I had lost.
Very responsive service from enquiry, through to pyament and despatch.- clearly customer satisfaction is high.
Encourages one to keep them near the top of the pile when looking for future opportunities and needs.
Purchased for my Fiat Ducato Motorhome van, only to find I then have to pay another £48 for the alternative bolts as the alloys used are M16 bolts. Beware if you are thinking of buying the Nemesis Plus if your wheel bolts are M16.
Update, purple line contacted me to say the they offer a bolt replacement free of charge if you need alternative bolts to fit your wheel. I now have the bolts and refund of £48 cost. Many thanks for the good customer service.

I had a problem with my "wheel lock" lock barrel. A replcement lock was posted to me and arrived very quickly. I received fantastic customer service from Purple Line and the issue was rectified without any problems.
My remote control handset became faulty. I contacted purple line. Spoke to Duncan and was asked to send it to them. Just over a week later I received a new one. My receiver was slightly different but after a phonecall to Duncan, it was sorted . Customer service was excellent. Well done purple line
I had a problem with some replacement parts. I was quickly put in touch with the Technical Department and helped by Duncan Evans. All sorted very efficiently. This company gave me absolutely first class Customer Service. Many others could learn from them. Thank you Duncan.
I had an issue with the Quattro remote, and emailed Duncan. From the start he was so helpful!
He suggested I take the remote apart and clean inside…… I was pretty scared to do this as I’m not technically minded, he went step by step and told me everything I needed to do. The result is…. ITS WORKING
He is a credit to the company, very knowledgable and most importantly honest.

I am located in Germany and have bought the Nemesis plus. Unfortunately it was delivered with M14 wheel rods, instead of M16 that I would need for my campervan. because I wanted to start a trip to spain this weekend, I asked purple line what to do and they made it possible that I received the M16 rods overnight. That is absolutely great service. And by the way, the product is excellent and as easy to use as I have expected.
Absolutely first class service. Friendly, helpful and expert staff who sorted out our problem quickly and efficiently. They gave us all the advice we needed to retrofit a new CU and controller, and it worked first time! So relieved that we are mobile again. Thanks Purpleline!
