I enrolled in a PW Skills program during the 2022–2023 batch and paid the full course fee. Unfortunately, due to serious personal and health-related issues at that time, I could not complete the course within the batch duration.
After my situation stabilized, I approached the support team requesting any reasonable non-paid assistance, such as limited access to recorded content, a refresher option, or at least escalation to a senior authority for review. I was informed that the batch had been permanently closed and that no form of access or support was possible, with the only alternative being fresh paid enrollment into a new course.
While the responses were polite in language, the process felt strictly policy-driven with no practical learner-centric resolution, even in genuine hardship cases. Requests for escalation or alternative consideration were declined.
I am sharing this experience so prospective learners clearly understand:
Access is strictly batch-bound
There is no post-batch flexibility
Support options after batch closure are extremely limited, regardless of circumstances
