We were looking to get a battery installed at our new home, which had a pre-exisiting solar array. We wanted to use a local company and could't be happier with the experience we had with Phil at PW Solar. Phil has been polite, proffesional and very responsive to any communication. We were able to have a great discussion about our requirments and aims with the setup and valued being involved in decisions about location and fixation of equipment. We never felt under pressure to make decisions or rush into anything. It's clear that Phil takes pride in his work and his installation was performed cleanly with great attention to detail. Overall, we're very happy with the setup and wouldn't hesitate to recommend PW Solar to neighbours/friends.

PWSolar was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had been researching battery storage linking to our solar panels for years but the economics never seemed quite right. Our solar inverter failed recently and we asked PWSolar for a quote to replace it. The inverter quote was acceptable so we went ahead and asked for a battery quote at the same time. The inverter replacement went perfectly to the agreed timetable with accurate communications received every step of the way.
After a site inspection and discussion of siting options, we received 2 battery quotes for alternate manufacturers and Gateway options for each, with NO sales pressure at all. Full explanations of the implications, options and answering all our questions followed. We chose the cheaper option, with Gateway, which suited us better anyway.
The installation proceeded to the stage plan and timetable as agreed, with confirmation communication and consultation before each visit.
The disruption was minimal, the site always left clean & tidy and we are very pleased with the result.
