Top notch! Love these guys. The even included hand written notes sometime it's pretty cool. One of my favorite FPV vendors!

My experience was awesome!

One email - I sent one email asking about warranty replacement of a Lipo battery - from the one email I sent, on his own initiative, Ron confirmed I had placed an order for a Lipo, he confirmed with the manufacturer the warranty period was still in-effect, and then he processed a replacement order and had it ready for shipping --- and, after doing all of that, he informed me the replacement was on the way.

The chat customer service goes above and beyond to try and help your request. That was the case for me today. They tried to check on and fix my issue from every angle possible, and quickly resolved it. I love their support. I wish all chat/online support learned from Pyro!

Pyro has the racing gear for me, and the customer service and product experience to spare.

Ordered the pyrodrone HDZERO Google foam. Even though it does not come with the Velcro to stick the foam too it together out great. Put it on my wide plate and absolutely the most comfortable foam I've had on my face no light leaks at all. Absolutely glad I purchased this foam got the HDZERO Google. Would love to see the GogglesX version as I have them as well

I have been enjoying my short journey stint with pyrodrone. They really do respond well. They help where help is needed. I always like when customer service attempts to above and beyond. Not your normal customer service. If it ever changes I can always contradict my review at a later date. But as for now. Love pyrodrone.

The above and beyond customer service I experienced with them. I asked if I had missed the cut off for shipping and the person who helped me made sure it went out today! They went above and beyond on a busy day to be sure I was taken care of.
