I bought a hand blender from Jazp recently, and the whole process was super smooth. The delivery was right on schedule, and the product was packed in a way that made me feel confident nothing would get damaged. The blender works perfectly and matched the description exactly. I didn’t expect it to be this easy and reliable. Definitely a positive experience for me.

I recently bought some cosmetic items. I’ve tried ordering the same product from different places before even from Snoonu a few times hoping things would get better, but I was never really happy with the service. The delivery often came late, and the packaging wasn’t the best. This time, I ordered the exact same product from Jazp, and honestly, I was impressed. The delivery was right on time, the packaging was neat and secure, and everything felt like they genuinely cared about the customer. I think from now on, I’ll stick with Jazp for this one.

Very bad customer service, I got an item it got replaced with another totally different item and till now I have been unable to return it, thankfully it was a matter of 30 riyals I'm willing to forgo it than deal with them to return it and get my money back

I had a very bad experience with qatar.jazp.com. It seems they are here to frustrate people with their stupid commitments. They take orders even if the product is not available in stock with them. It seems they rely on third party vendor to complete the order. By doing this they are just trying to increase number of hits to their site and nothing else.

I did order a Geepaas Oil filled Radiator room heater on Thursday, 30th Jan 2020. It was showing heater is available and I did receive confirmation call from so called executive from Jazp as well. He committed next day delivery i.e. on Friday. I waited whole day and called customer care on Saturday morning. It took almost 15-20 mins just to reach out to their customer Agent (they call it as an Agent). Most of the time your call is on hold and you just need to listen that all our Agents are busy at the moment.....once I manage to talk to customer case person Mr. Farookh (by the way even if you dial 5 times your call will reach to Mr. Farookh only), and got to know that the heater is out of stock and they cannot complete the order. I'll have to wait until it is available in stock. I requested to talk to his manager Mr. Omar and after some time, Mr. Omar committed to deliver some other model at any cost on Sunday. I actually needed it very badly coz of my 10 months old son. No delivery happened on Sunday as usual. Then I called them again on Monday morning and again had to listen same old story... no no the product is not available in stock and bla bla bla.....Mr. Omar again committed to deliver it yesterday on 3rd Feb 2020 however same thing happened again. I am tired of such things now.

Please don't do such things with customers, If you cannot complete any order please do not fool people and wast their time and don't disturb their mental stability by giving false commitments again and again.

While i was in Qatar i ordered an HP laptop from Jazp Qatar . I got it in Half price compared tp market price after 3 days.Completely satisfied with the laptop quality and delivery.Waiting for the upcoming sales at Jazp Qatar.
