The initial booking with QFlyer was fantastic. They found the best possible price for our trip to Europe. We then had the issues encountered with the Coronavirus. Susan at QFlyer looked after our booking the entire time and organised a complete refund. With all the stress of the cancellation QFlyer and Susan were fantastic. Sarah at QFlyer spent today rescheduling my Oz-Europe flights booked for Easter, to later in the year. Degree of difficulty 750%. She was the definition of grace-under-coronavirus-pressure and secured a much better result than I could have hoped for. Can't recommend QFlyer too highly. I would have said that even before this episode, they were also great when I booked and presented them with a complicated itinerary. Thank you Sarah and team.

QFlyer were very helpful and efficient in dealing with my complex travel requirements. I probably would give a 5 star rating, but on this occasion, the service was a bit slow because of the pressure caused by the Qantas Double Status Credits offer that prompted so many people to make bookings. However, QFlyerkept me well informed of the delays and in the end, everything worked out.
This was my first time using QFlyer and I would definitely use them again.
