Great company to do business with. Very professional and very good people. From Medina to Mecca they have an excellent staffs that pick you up and drive you around visit all Ziarra sites! I will definitely use them again.

Alhumdulillah my trip with my family to umrah was great.we also visited other middle east countries. And thanks to qibla gateway for helping me out through the process especially brother Ali,who helped me alot.There was some misunderstanding in the process,but brother Ali handle it quiet good.what he promised us to give,he make sure we got it.we got the same hotel as he promised, transportation was there on time,Alhumdulillah flight didn't get delayed..Brother Ali answered and responded when ever I have any questions or any concerns, anything I want him to change,he tried his best..
Overall Alhumdulillah I choose qibla gateway that does not scam me and I recommend others to go with them.

It was the first time to go for Umrah with this travel agency and was excellent experience specially brother Ali was very help full and he provided the all facilities and hotels that he promised to me. He was attending and reply my messages on timely when I was in Saudi Arabia. Now I trust to brother Ali for my future travel or for Umrah.

Asad brother was excellent. I had doubt about the work process as it should be tedious to manage everything perfectly from US . But to my surprise they did it and guess what it is more than the expectations of me family. Transportation was on time ticket was cheap hotel was near mosque with Kaaba view what else you need, A great experience with them for UMRAH and a ISTANBUL tour with package was a bonus

I found out about Qibla Gateway through instagram ad. It caught my attention due to the affordable pricing and services offered. I was at first skeptical due to all the scams on social media but once I started communicating with Mohamed Ali. He quickly put all my concerns at rest . He was very responsive, professional and courteous. We quickly moved forward with a traveling package that met my specific requirements. I was then able to successfully perform my first umrah and it could not have gone better . The Qibla Gateway team made sure they took care of all the logistics for the trip which gave me the peace to solely focus on worshipping Allah (s.w.t) and get the most out of my first Umrah ! I found the Qibla Gateway agency through a proposed ad on instagram and was a bit skeptical at first due to online scams etc. I went ahead and contacted the company and Ali was my agent. I also contacted a few other agencies and compared the rates and can say that Qibla Gateway not only had the best price for the best accommodations but also the best customer service. Ali was very responsive, honest and practical. Within 24/48 hours every work paper and accommodations were handled from the US to Saudi to Qatar and back to the US. The onsite team in Mecca and Madinah were amazing and showed up on time for every single outing and communicated the timeline and what to except ahead of the tours via WhatsApp. You will not be disappointed by the Qibla team. They made my first Umrah a great experience mashallah. I cannot thank the team enough. Thank you all ❤️.
