I spoke with Taiba Batool for questions about booking a umrah trip. She was very helpful, giving us great deals on packages and showing proof of business registration. She is patient and talked to us on the phone and via text. Very responsive and nice. Although we ended up choosing to delay our trip for personal reasons, we will in sha Allah, inquire with her again for a future trip.

Recently I have performed Umrah and Qiblatain (Zara Noor was my representative) had managed my booking. Hotels in Mecca and Medina were very good. And the in ground transportation in Saudi Arabia was fantastic. I would recommend to use their services if you are looking to perform umrah and/Hajj in the future. I would love to mention Zara who was my adviser for the trip. She is an excellent person. Im grateful to them for their services and help!

Mr. Rohan Ashraf’s service towards customers is awesome and very helpful. For handicapped customer like my wife, shouldn’t stay any hotel except Clock Tower’s building in Mecca. For others I like to recommend to accept their offer.
