This product and company are a joke! I ordered the cheapest mini system for $409, tried it for a week, it did nothing! It's poorly designed in a way that only forces the buyer to spend even MORE money to 'get it to do something' - then when requesting to return, their customer support emails all returned undeliverable. Once in touch with them, the CS lady argued with me for 3 days straight with every excuse to get me to keep the product. Then because it ships from/to the Philippines, I had to pay $100 to ship back, then they also want to keep a "15% restocking fee" on a brand new undamaged totally resalable piece of equipment. BTW it DOESN'T do anything, there's no way to tell if the device is on, working, at ALL. If it was malfunctioning, you'd never know it and they would tell you to "just keep using it" apparently until you trick yourself into believing it's doing something or throw it away??? TRASH, simple meditation will do 1000x more for you than using this device 24/7/365 everyday constantly! Even if it did work, it is so poorly designed, no bluetooth option, multiple long wires hanging everywhere, requires a mini-stereo jack which is not even advertised, so you WILL need an older phone or a $1000 iPad to use this? Plus, you cannot download or even set the 3-5 minute 'frequencies' to repeat, so to use it, you must replay the tracks manually, every few minutes!? Totally ridiculous, and on top of all of that, after I got it, an electrical engineer who toured their business says, "I wouldn't buy anything from them." After my horrible customer experience, I can only agree. Don't buy unless you have money to burn, and I'm sure there are much better products available that do actually work and do something other then preying upon people seeking help, like all scammers do! Total rip off, this is a get rich quick scheme for the OWNERS, don't waste your money, buy SOMETHING ELSE FROM A REAL COMPANY based in the USA, not these d-bags, who chose to insult me for merely being dissatisfied with their completely sucker-you-into-spending-even-more-money on something that simply doesn't work in the first place. BEWARE!
Very very bad my package still not arrived i told the problem to them they do nothing very very bad service. Still 1 month still waiting dont waste your money i will never again buy anything

The product doesn't work. It's always broken. You have to always call support to make it work. Oh, and you can't return this thing. Once the console is broken, there goes your $6000. The console will not last. I would say it's gonna die in a year. Just be aware. Don't purchase this. It's an imitation of the real one from David Sereda. In other words, David Wong (not even his real name) just stole the idea.

Great product. It arrived earlier than expected which was great. Super energy from it. Got it working in no time. App was a bit tricky but that resolved itself.
I have always followed the reiki principles and this therefore just adds a big bonus to my life.

I spent £120 on my second order. I personally messaged the founder on Instagram - no response. No response from customer services either. However the money has been taken out of my account. I was wary of the low reviews and now I know why.

I purchased a Qi Coil Max system with an upgraded tablet - additional albums/programs for an investment of over $5000. I believe in the benefits of frequency healing, but I feel David Wong’s company is about money and not their customers. There is a lot of flim-flam and very poor customer service. I have had trouble with my equipment from the beginning which took over a month to arrive. I have had to get a new tablet because the upgraded programs would not load on the first one. The plastic caps that cover the connector to the coil have broken and are now held together with gorilla glue. I have lost my upgraded programs numerous times. I have contacted customer service for support and did not receive a response back until my local practitioner who connected me with the company, intervened on my behalf. I feel the company pushed out products which ship from Taiwan, too quickly, again putting money ahead of quality and the best interest of customers who are making a substantial investment. Since receiving my equipment in January of 2023, it has been operational about 60% of the time. It does not travel well between locations- if you have more that one home or location where you spend time and want to take the system with you, the tablet does not adapt or connect to different WiFi easily. The direct connection cord (between tablet and amplifier) is of little value because all the albums are not actually downloaded to the tablet even though they are supposed to be. Some other company will develop this technology. I would save your money until that company comes along with better customer service. It is a big investment in a product that works only periodically, has continual issues with access to the programs that cost additional money, and has unresponsive customer service when problems occur unless you have a second party with clout to intervene on your behalf. Fruition with the product and company takes away the zen and healing.

I have had issues with the andriod app. I purchased the 60 dollar unlimited freqencies but it will only let me play up to three then i get a notice in the app that i will "need to subscribe" in order to continue using when i already am subscribed. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to resolve this issue to no avail.

After 3 days of using the Qi Coil, I could definitely feel a shift in my body. After 2 weeks of using the Qi Coil, I can safely say that this technology works. I have more energy, motivation and focus. I have also started to use this in my health practice and my clients are feeling an energetic shift and the results are starting to show. One client of mine used it for the first time last week and her headache disappeared within 5 seconds. She started crying, she couldn't believe it. It was a very overwhelming moment for us both to see the Qi Coil work so fast. I now use it every day.

I am shocked (with only having this for 10 days) how much I have seen the mini coil help me and others! Here are my 2 VERY TRUE stories: For me, I am GF and have noticed it helps with my RA. Every few months I cheat and take the hit - I eat wheat. If I tempt fate this goes bad. My shoulder will feel like a tiger clawed me, my fingers swell and (TMI) I fart the worst smelling farts you ever could imagine. I bought the gut freq and used the immunodeficiency and gut inflammation ones (one session) when I decided to eat a slice of pizza. the next day I ate another slice (yikes) and put a 15 min session over my belly morning and afternoon. I thought for sure I was going to be stinking up the training room. NOPE! No shoulder pain either. SHOCK-ING. I tempted fate yet again the very next day and decided to eat a piece of high quality (worthy of a cheat) cake...I did not have the qi coil or play the freq..... swollen fingers and shoulder pain!! into the next day! I had only used the gut freq those first 2 days!
2nd quick one: One of my patients is a softball pitcher. Lots of shoulder pain and having a hard time sleeping. I used the coil 3 times with the magnet for about 15 minutes. I did not tell her anything about it, just that I wanted to use it and it was kind of like a tens unit or ultrasound (totally downplayed it). After third session, she requested it! she said she was able to sleep thru the night! I have been treating her shoulder pain for almost 7 weeks now. She is so far in the season her only option is to rest but coach doesn't believe that is an option. SOOO here we are patching her up daily. Not only did she sleep better but she was able to throw an overhead ball to first base which she has not been able to do because the pain in the pectoralis (chest muscle) is so intense she practically crumbles to the ground! This one throw hurt 80% LESS than the last one she tried 2 weeks earlier. Again shocking because she was still in pain with even stretching her arm no less using it for power. We're still keeping her from every motion except light stretching and pitching but still quite miraculous. She has had 8 sessions as of today. Fingers crossed she can get thru the conference tournament! There are so many more stories I could tell in just 10 days time!

I love QI COIL. I use it for anything I need help with such as abdominal pain aka upset stomach, headache, and I also use it for my hydroponic plant system.. This System is truly amazing! I used the Sun and regenerate frequency...It is the water restructuring frequency...The color of my plant turned greener and the stems are stronger, Its seems like if affects my plants 30% and thats being modest.. the frequency really made a difference.. I was impressed. My plants are still growing and i post updates on IG .. JMAXMAMA is my account name.. you are welcome to see my updates. I give them 1 star, but if had my chose I would give them no star. If you get a Qi Coil look it over well because I think I received a used one that did not work. Good luck in getting your money back. They will not return your calls or your calls are dropped. You can't get any answers from these people. I sent my coil back within a month and in packaging that they have to sigh on delivery. It has been over 3 months later I still have no credit to my credit card and they have in their possession the coil, NO ANSWERS EITHER. $440. down the drain. I believe they are crooks!

The number I called is 833-374-2645. No answer just leave message. I leave message to call me back.....No reply. I have sent mailing transactions numbers with signature request on delivery. The returned package was signed in Nov. 18th 2022. The package is in the companies possession. I am very frustrated with the whole experience!

My father purchased a QiCoil for over $600 a little over a month before he passed away. I requested to return it shortly after his death and explained the situation but was told that it had been over 30 days so it could not be returned. He passed away 35 days after the QiCoil was delivered and had never used it.
Every other company I have spoken with regarding returns has been extremely understanding. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth during an already extremely difficult time. This company has no empathy.
EDIT (response to QiLifeStore’s response):
After he passed away, my initial message to support was to understand how the payment for the QiCoil worked since it was not a one time payment. It took a few days for support to help clarify the payment situation and at that point I explained the death and requested the return just outside the return window.
Every other company I contacted was understanding with the length of the return window given the situation and the fact that it took some days to sort out his affairs after he passed away. It was NOT months after the return window. It was merely days.
Anyway, it’s only money. In the end that doesn’t matter. What I do appreciate is all the people which have helped us during this difficult time. QiLifeStore was just one bad experience in an ocean of kindness.

The coils definitely worked. As a younger company they might have some growing pains to go through compared to a megacorp, but everyone on support was extremely helpful for every question I asked, and shipping times were good.
