Queensland Conveyancing Group Reviews

I have used QCG 4 times now and I have had the best experience and such a smooth transition in the sale of my property. Shawn and his team are extremely professional and navigate through the process right up until settlement. Thank you QCG for giving me a stress free sale and I both would use you again and highly recommend you to any potential clients.

Shawn and his team are a pleasure to deal with. They have made the process of purchasing our property easy and hassle free

QCG was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They kept us informed every step of the way with prompt email responses. Their expertise made the sale of our investment property feel simple and straightforward. We are so grateful for their exceptional service and would definitely use them again for our next property transaction.

Shawn and his team have now handled the purchase of 2 of my properties with absolute professionalism and expertise. Communication was always proactive and clear, making the experience smooth and very easy to manage. If you need reliable, efficient and thorough legal support for your property transactions, then look no further! A truly five-star service from start to finish that delivers peace of mind!

Terrible service and no communication. It was impossible to contact Shawn directly, and there was no apology or follow-up. Reception kept saying he would be in touch, but we never heard back. Due to his negligence, our house offer was voided. Would not recommend.

Shawn was professional and very creative with my purchase. We encountered a few problems with certain personalities of sellers and their representatives, and he gave me solid advice throughout. Shawn remembered specific details of my situation and negotiated on my behalf accordingly, even getting a settlement 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
I found it hard to believe all the 5 star reviews online, but I'm here to say that Shawn's service was 6 stars. Don't hesitate...just contact them.

Shawn, Rebecca & Kim were extremely helpful at all times. No question was too trivial. They "held my hand " through the whole process. Can't thank them enough.

Very pleased with their services, quick & professional.

Shawn and his team made the whole selling process easy and straightforward. They were professional, kept me informed, and handled any issues quickly. I felt supported the whole way through—highly recommend!

Very helpful with all legal advice straightforward made my partner and me feel very ease about the whole experience. Very grateful.

Highly recommend Queensland Wide Conveyancing. Shawn took the time to explain each step of the process and answer my questions over the phone, making everything clear and easy to follow. The team was efficient, always got back to me promptly and pricing was transparent. Shawn went above and beyond to facilitate an early settlement that we requested so we could take our family to our new land on the long weekend and start making memories. Thank you Shawn and team.

I can’t thank Rebecca enough for making buying my first home so easy. She always kept in communication and explained everything to me as the sale progressed. I would recommend Rebecca and the firm very highly. It made this stressful time so much easier.

I used Queensland Conveyancing Group to handle all of my conveyancing requirements for the sale of my property. Rebecca and Shawn were fantastic to deal with. As I had already moved interstate they kept me informed of the process at each stage and provided solid advice concerning contract obligations and any requested amendments to settlement date. They ensured all key requirements were kept on track to ensure a smooth settlement process occurred. I would have no hesitation in recommending QCG for your conveyancing needs.

These humans were super helpful from the start and guided me through my first home purchase with ease. Bec is very responsive and answered any queries i had promptly and honestly. Could not ask for more from a conveyancing team.

Rebecca was the most professional easy going conveyanceer we have ever dealt with. Was always a phone call away, nothing was problem. The experience was transparent from start to finish. Will recommend to everone. We will never go any where else. Your the best.

Rebecca from QCG guided us through the buying process. Communication was excellent from day 1 and payment security was paramount which was very reassuring. Rebecca and Shawn were very thorough regarding necessary searches and their fees were competitive and very reasonable. Would certainly use QCG again and recommend their services. P&B Windsor Q.

Knowledgeable, clear communication, amazing service

Very happy with the service. They were easy to deal with and kept us informed all the way through the process.

Shawn and Rebecca provided me with some serious and solid help through the rather complicated and fraught process of acquiring a block of land. There were numerous steps to go through, such as examining the contract of sale before signing, ordering a number of searches to make sure there were no hidden problems with the property, ID verification through the Post Office, and of course getting various payments organized through the online PEXA platform just before settlement day. Shawn and Rebecca provided very detailed and thorough documentation at every stage of the process. Overall, I found them to be very reliable, conscientious and professional, and always prompt in their responses to my emails and queries, even when they were busy and other matters were clearly making demands on their time. My only caveat is that, at the start of the process, I would have liked to have a clear, more concise picture of what the different steps of property acquisition were going to look like, as I found myself once or twice having to respond rather quickly to long detailed instructions which they had emailed me. In any case, I have no hesitation in recommending their services, both because they are people you can clearly count on, and because they have very competitive fees.
