Ripp off charges if international transfer
Don't transfer your money from their bank to the account of another country. Apart from charging you, their middle bank will diduct from the amount you ve sent the charges which will not be reflected when you ll be sending your money, and it's a big amount and then the person will just get much less money. Ripp off from the bank as it is not clearly shown to he person during money sent process. Over 30%diduct from the money which were sent without notifying, no excuse for that and now they just say it's not them so can't solve it.

Yesterday I wanted 2000 lira and I did not received the money from the machine of QNB finansbank in Bodrum Center (Turkey). No reason given, the screen had a sort of internet error. This QNB bank took 63 euro from my bankaccount. When I went to the QNB bank today they couldn t help me and told me to go to my bank in Holland. The bank employees don t speak English, they made jokes, laughed at us, they didn t care about this situation.

This bank's employees let a scammer company to charge my old (cancelled) credit card without even letting me know that they did it and add that payment into my new card. And they are super incompetent. Also their mobile banking and internet banking apps are the worst! They stop working whenever I need it. Their employees are the worst. They are just there to say "oh okay I understand" and not do nothing! 100% scammer arabic company. Fk them!

the worst bank I have ever known. I would not recommend this bank to any of my relatives. They can provide good service even though we, as customers, have given what we should have given. We have paid the bill, but from the QNB side, it is very bad handling. It seems they want to make viral news and then want to listen to the screams of their customers.

QNB Alanya Customer Care Representative Betul has extremely poor customer service. For almost a year I tried to connect with her she does not respond to my calls, emails and messages. I also tried to connect through the QNB website Turkey but still no response. I would not recommend someone to open an account in this area especially with the agent Betul. Very bad customer service on their Turkish website, sent several messages no response. I hope Head Office will read the bad reviews and take immediate action. Looking forward to see an improvement.

A third-world bank that pretends to be developed, but has a less developed infrastructure than a bank in Sudan. App randomly breaks, your money gets sent to thin air, customer service has 5 different answers depending on when you call and who. Staff not even trained in their protocols, pretends to not care when I point out they violate their OWN policy. The only bank in the world to say to me, a chargeback dispute fails because the other side didn't respond to us, so now we will charge you. Only to act so surprised when I show them the Visa handbook that says the bank automatically wins if the merchant fails to respond on time. What an absolute joke. Monkeys have a better organization than these clowns.

I am disappointed with your service. Today i went QNB landmark mall branch just 10 mins before (9th march 3.30) to open a new Account. The officer guy asked for my passport and he took a copy of my passport and he asked for my Pancard number i showed my Pancard from my phone. He asked me for the copy. He knows I don't have a photo copy of my Pancard in my hand. I requested him to take a copy of my Pancard he said he can't take a copy there. Why? Then how did he take a copy of my passport?? Actually i went last week to inquire about what are the required documents to open a bank account they didn't even mention that they need a pancard then why did he ask for my Pancard? QNB can't take a single photo copy of their customer? Poor.
QNB staff needs training
QNB staff needs training. I called customer service to open a current account they told me to keep documents ready and will ask their team to contact them. I waited and they told me sorry for the current account you have to go to the branch. Then I went to the branch they said no for the current account you have to go to Orreedo not us...so when I called you why the customer service didn't know about this? And the person who called me back was even not polite... For someone like me who doesn't have off on time, it's a big thing.

Card Printing machine took my debit…
Card Printing machine took my debit card at the branch, walked into Al Sad branch with 7 staff sitting at counters and teller seats, the screen shown the next customer was shut down all 7 staff had no customer, all playing with their mobile phones, I had to walk to the counter and ask why no one is taking care of customers and off course no rational answer. Tried to get a replacement card on urgent basis as I am traveling tonight they said to have to go to another location for no obvious reason. Then claimed that my KYC was out dated and cannot get replacement. I told them the account was opened 1 week ago and all data is update. Then they wanted to charge me 50 riyals for replacement. In summary very careless and unprofessional staff, don’t understand the bank processes and all have a rude attitude. I know QNB will not acknowledge my complaint,,,,,but I have to state the facts

This is hands down the worst bank I've ever done banking with. They entered my Address wrong. So I was not in a position to access the documents needed to update my address and hence could not get a new debit card sent. It was a nightmare. Then I finally was able to go into the bank and get a new card. Only to have it shut down again in two weeks for fraudulent activity. I hardly used it. I have had to call time and time again to to use it. I needed an Uber and my card wouldn't work. Like it's disrupting my life. Despite their abnoxius number of times my card was flagged and I had to call to do normal banking it still was compromised. I could go on, honestly but I have to figure out now why my user name for my mobile app is disabled. It never ends. Oh and I shut down my account and reopened a new one and was charged 25 dollars. So needless to say im going elsewhere to bank. It's be an absolute awful experience every step of the way. I had American Heritage for a decade and had one fraud attempt. I moved so I changed banks. I regret that. Don't bank here.

Last year, my credit card was in hold for over a month for no obvious reason, I contacted the bank on various levels ; online , by person, over the phone but in vain. I waited for any customer service agent to contact me after the many complaints I had filed, but got nothing!
Finally, I had to go to the bank and make a scene so I could be able to withdraw even my money from my account which again for no clear reason was on hold.
Not to mention the very long waiting time every time you go to withdraw money from any branch. Recently, there was one teller only in the whole bank and I had to wait for over 2 hours to withdraw!

Never ever will use this bank again . The branch in terumph square is like walking into McDonald’s. Actually McDonald’s will be much better. The manager name of Ahmed is incredibly unprofessional. Dealing with me while he is on airpod talking to someone else … OMG what ridiculous way to deal with Clients . The bank is extremely filthy also good luck if you have problems. Be prepared to spend at least 2 days there . Honestly this is the most rubbish bank I have ever seen in my life . Will never go there again or even advise anyone to go there .
