The cost of the bike, the cost of assembly and the cost of delivering the bike directly to us ready to start no boxes or wasted wrapping just a stunning new dirt bike that sounds amazing is great fun to ride our overall experience is 10 out 10. Fast friendly staff whom provided a fantastic service for delivery and for replying to our queries. I found the website easy to navigate with lots of information which made choosing the right quad for my son an easy experience. They were also very responsive on chat.

Upon ordering, I was given a delivery date of the 11th of April and the quad was delivered on time.

Friendly and courteous delivery driver who also took the time to show us the basic controls on how to start the quad and function it safely.

All in all, I would recommend quad warehouse to others.

Ordered a quadbike suit for my grandson unfortunately it was to small, my money was refunded with no problem at all. Ordered a larger size all fine. However the suits are small fitting.

AVOID!!! Customer service is absolutely shocking we’ve been sat with a quad that doesn’t work since Christmas Day ignored on texts and emails majority of the time when trying to resolve the problem with them and getting absolutely no where! Was told a replacement would be brought and still months later we are sat here with a quad that doesn’t work!! Unless you want your child sat unable to use there Christmas/ birthday present months later and no resolution then I would not waste a penny on this shocking company!! I will be taking this further.
