Shocking service all round. Don't answer calls, 5 day response on email. Steer clear. The only time you can speak to someone is when they call to sell stationery.

They now claim to have rang and emailed me but I have no missed calls or emails.
Hopeless to deal with requested termination of my contract and got no feedback until stopped paying the invoices. When finally got feedback we where advised we had to pay the remaining 4 years of a 6 year contract which we reluctantly agreed to. Paid off and told contract was cancelled but then received another invoice. Now being told that we only paid for 1 of the 2 machines we have and need to pay the same again. This is a truly awful company to deal with and would recommend steering clear of them

Depending on who you speak to but the last couple of people I spoke to made it so much clearer to me and helped me solve all the issues.

Forgot to invoice us and subsequently sent an invoice 2 years late.
Sent a contract for postage which we signed and refused to honor the price until over 3 years later.
Raised duplicate invoices to us for 3 years contracts and threatened legal proceedings even though we had already paid the incorrect invoices due to their constant chasing.
Constantly sending invoices to incorrect email addresses even after notifying over the phone.
Awful customer service and impossible to speak to anyone that understands or deals with any other department.
After 3 years the situation was resolved. 2 months later the credit notes were all cancelled. Again threatening legal proceedings. Finally we have just paid to avoid legal fees and hours and hours of wasted time.

Quadient never inform us when invoices require payment, instead, the account is placed on hold. To find out if you are on hold, you have to call, then you are on hold on the phone for 30 minutes before being told you are on hold. Just love the word hold

Paper books and stickers never had issues, now moved to computer and logging in it restricts other users accessing and always has issues.
The parcel recorded deliveries couldn't be booked or printed, this has left us without a service for the business for couple of weeks which isn't acceptable for a working business.

The Person I eventually got through was very helpful but this company needs a lesson in customer service which is non existent several email later and still no reply so eventually telephoned them to tell them we had paid why don't they allocate the payments
