After researching engagement ring styles and companies in Hatton Garden, I chose Quality diamonds.
And I haven’t been disappointed. The experience has been exceptional from start to finish.
Daniel’s experience was obvious. He was knowledgeable and very professional.
Daniel guided us through selection and was respectful of our budget. There was no hard sell which I appreciated.
It was only 13 days from our appointment to receiving the ring. Each stage of production, from Paul Sitton, Sales Director, Daniel Ferragamo, sales advisor and Amber Rees Wyatt production coordinator, was speedy and problem free.
I now own a beautiful emerald cut diamond ring, which was a very good price that I can’t stop looking at.

From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I purchased a loose diamond (from Quality Diamonds) and then visited their Birmingham Jewellery Quarter office, where the team scanned my original Tiffany engagement ring so it could be replicated to sit perfectly alongside my existing wedding band and eternity ring. Even at that stage, I was impressed—I received detailed CAD designs and a 3D-printed model to review.

That said, I wasn’t the easiest customer! I later changed my mind about the diamond size, then changed the design to include a hidden halo due to the diamond height! Despite all my indecision, Lauren remained incredibly patient, supportive, and accommodating throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and my very fussy nature didn’t phase her at all.

The level of customer service I received was truly second to none. I felt listened to, supported, and reassured every step of the way.

And the final result? An absolutely stunning ring that exceeded all my expectations. It’s beautifully crafted, fits perfectly with my other rings, and feels completely unique to me.

A huge thank you to Lauren and the entire team for bringing my vision to life—I couldn’t be happier!

I saw Daniel at the london studio, he and the staff were Very welcoming.
He was very informative,helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
I must add that at no time was i pressured into upselling as a matter of fact he found me a better diamond at a cheaper price than I had picked myself.
You are kept informed of your stones progress and when it is ready for collection you are also under no obligation to accept if your not happy, with a full no quibble refund.
I was needless to say absolutely delighted with mine.
