LATE DELIVERY! I ordered engraved glasses in plenty of time for our social gathering, but since the ordering process didn't designate an expected delivery date, I called to see if I needed to adjust my chosen delivery method/speed. I also had listed the date I needed them by in the special instructions when I ordered. Chris assured me that they would be there before the event. I then called a few days before the event because I hadn't heard anything and the website still didn't list an expected delivery date. Chris assured me that he would use 2-day shipping and that they would be there on time. I had to change the delivery location to our venue site, since now they weren't scheduled to arrive until the morning of the event. THEY DIDN'T! Chris sent me a late morning email the day of my event to let me know that they'd be late. So instead we had to drink wine and beer out of plastic cups. It just doesn't matter how nice the glasses were since they weren't there on time for our team members to use. I didn't hear anything further from Chris. This is some of the worst service I've ever received. I'll never order from Quality Glass Engraving again!

Middle of October 2021 ordered 5 engraved glasses for Christmas gifts for 5 male coworkers. Email with proof was sent to me but wasn’t what I had asked for got the proof corrected. Beginning of November received the order. The engraving was not as ordered. They re did the order. Finally received the order December 7. Only received 4 glasses. They are for Christmas gifts for 5 coworkers. Receiving 4 glasses makes this useless. Need 5 the same. They advised will only refund me for the one glass I didn’t receive. Can’t get a single glass to me in time. I advised that wasn’t good enough as I have now had to do an entire separate order with another company. Asked if they would refund half the order because I am stuck with 4 glasses that I cannot give out as gifts. They advised cannot do that.

Horrible products. Worse customer service. Did not meet my deadline. Ignore emails when they sent the wrong product. Did not offer a refund. I wish I would have orded from another company.

This company went above and beyond with customer service. I was nervous about my order getting to me in time for my daughters graduation. My nervousness became multiple emails to check on the progress of my order. Each email was answered the same day with an update on the progress of my order. Needless to say they arrived with plenty of time to spare, and the quality wa s perfect. I highly recommend Qualitu Glass Engraving.

Great Experience. I've placed 2 orders with Quality Glass Engraving (total 6 items) and both times, I was contacted by graphics with a proof soon after the order was placed and then received my finished products not long after that. Customer service and graphics were pleasant and professional. Products arrived very well packaged, and the bowls are beautiful.

This was the first time we have used Quality Glass Engraving and we will almost certainly use them again (my only hesitation is if we do gifts other than engraved glass items in the future). We ordered 85 engraved pitchers for our Board members and other Committee members/supporters and we were very pleased with the company's responsiveness, professionalism and communication. The shipment arrived as promised and actually, they accommodated our request to do a partial shipment earlier than promised so we were able to get the gifts out earlier than planned. Our recipients were very pleased with the quality of the gift and it was a great value.

This was my first order from Quality Glass Engraving. The glasses are PERFECT! (Actually, better than I expected!) They look really classy and will be wonderful to use for our clients when they visit our office.
