Anthony Raymonds is super responsive and helpful. Upon first introduction, he really helped me with a super quick turnaround for fully custom poker cards. The quality was fantastic. I have made a point to look at Quality Imprint first when I need more custom giveaways. I've already reordered the cards and placed two more orders for other custom items. I have worked with quite a few suppliers over the years, and being able to work with someone who offers such attention to detail and follow-through is so so appreciated.

Still occasional printing issues on transfers but ALWAYS willing to make things right in a very quick and productive fashion. Will continue working with them on all out transfer projects.

A bit longer than expected
My scheduled order took longer than anticipated resulting in me canceling my order. I was a bit frustrated but received a full refund. I did have a good experience with Camilla Lopez as she was very responsive and quick.

Wow - Product, Shipping, Customer Service
Wow, this team was quick to respond to a lot of my questions. Available for me to call and speak directly to my representative Rosie R. who was absolutely lovely, and informative to work with. Their product is high quality. They were able to print our company's QR code and logo! Even though the QR Code had to be shrunk down, they were able to ensure it would work, and it does! The shipping time was such a timely turnaround and their checkout process was seamless. Highly recommend this company!
