My wife bought the Mexican Train Domino game. It arrived with missing domino pieces. We contacted the company to request if we could obtain the missing pieces or buy a new full set of dominoes. The company was immediately responsive and said they’ll replace the pieces. A week later a full new game set arrived! It was a terrific response by the company! We’d definitely do business with them again!

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as described.

I purchased the Mexican Train game and after opening it and playing a few times we lost our number 12 so I wrote the company asking if I could purchase just one domino they did not offer just selling one, but if I took a survey for them they would send me two different games they make. So I took the survey and low and behold they sent me two free games. They have been very honest, polite, and very quick to respond. I love their products.

I liked the set but felt the center piece was flimsy. We had played on an older set that had a metal engine and a raised centerpiece that even had a buzzer one could push. Guess it was older than we knew.

I would give it a zero if I could. I ordered two of your 15 double sets, one as a gift for my children for Valentine’s Day and one for myself. They arrived with many of the tiles out of their wrappings, and there were tiles of different sizes and weight, all thrown into the carrier. Now I have to take the failure to the return place to recover my money. I will be ordering another set that is not made by Queensell. Terrible quality control.

Fast turnaround on emails and orders

The package was shipped quickly. The quality is not that great. There are numbers that are not entirely painted. Not sure the wooden stands are worth the extra money.

Love our Mexican Train Domino Game Set Double 18 with Cardinal numbers! Great game for a crew, a family or folks you meet on a cruise. I highly recomend the cardinal number as 18 dots is a LOT of dots. I also like that the dominos are thinner, so lighter for travel. Enjoy!

Our Double 18 Numbers Dominoes set had an error in one of the tiles. I messaged for a replacement, expecting to pay for shipping. Not only was there not a replacement cost or shipping charge, but the entire set was replaced and it arrived within a few days. We are grateful for the service, and we love the game!

I received the wrong domino set. You asked for my order number and then I never heard from you again. All I want to do is exchange for the proper set.
