Form product is mediocre, some things do not work as advertised, such as limiting the number of uploads. Multi-select defaults to unfriendly UX of checkboxes, cannot provide dropdown multi-select options, and a number of other annoyances.

The main reason for the two star rating is that support doesn't acknowledge or respond to requests. The company seems to hide on socials also, almost as if they don't want to be contacted.

While the platform is one of the only form providers that allows multiple custom domains and theme customization all together, I really wish the team would at least acknowledge when there is a support issue.

I used QuestionScout to create a few quizzes for clients where they assess their users on a specific topic. The results can either be displayed directly on the results page or sent via email after collecting contact information.

The quiz builder is the most advanced I’ve worked with, and I’ve tried quite a few. Its conditional logic and calculation are amazing.

Very nice and easy to use. Maybe not updated all the time but everything works great. Fairly priced

Love QuestionScout. It meets all of my form, survey and quiz needs at a higher level than way more expensive alternatives and with fantastic customer support. Their support team is A+++

Awesome piece of software. Very powerful yet intuitive at the same time. I was able to set up a complex onboarding flow in almost no time without needing any kind of technical support or support from the QS team. Would highly recommend!

I used them as an alternative to Jotform (no shade to them) and i must say, QuestionScout are very good and their interface is VERY customizable - perfect for my needs as a designer :D

Their free plan is great and i can tell from just a few conversations with them, that they care a great deal about feedback in order to directly improve the product - that's what you want in a company!

Staff are friendly and supportive and their an overall well-recommended way to send custom forms and surveys!

an absolutely amazing and useful website for data freaks. I have never ever seen a "logic" feature for free before - and here I am having the best time of my life with QuestionScout. If you guys need a clean and neat survey, yeah, this is the address!

I chose this solution for a questionnaire with employees and candidates for a position within my company. I preferred QuestionScout to Typeform and Paperform because their pricing policy better suited my needs: all the available features are accessible even in free trial version, and the paid offers are fully customizable and scalable according to need.

Extemely responsive company, any issues or problems found, they were very friendly and helpful in explaining how to fully utilise the platform.
I like the different workspace sections being split up, gives you a lot of control and flexibility over how you want the form to work for you.
We had good feedback to those responding to the form, they loved the design and seemless flow of the form, so pretty happy with it.
