I reside in US and received my order (2 chairs manufactured in Italy) by international post. Excellent communication from QuestoDesign throughout the process. The order arrived 2 weeks earlier than their conservative estimate. Furniture is licensed, not replicas. I could not locate this product anywhere in the US for the comparable reasonable price. Extremely grateful to QuestoDesign for quality, reliability, competence and friendliness.

The post office lost the international shipment that I was awaiting and refused to provide compensation. Hans immediately sent me a replacement at no extra cost, even though it's a total loss for Questo. Now that's customer service!

We ordered 6 Fritz Hansen chairs to be shipped to the US. Claudia could not have been more responsive and customer focused. They made me feel valued as a customer by responding to any issue or question quickly and to my satisfaction which is rare these days. I will buy from them again without question and recommend to anyone because I know I will be taken care of throughout the process.

We ordered a beautiful pendant light for our bathroom and I was delighted with every part of the purchase process. It arrived safely all the way here in NZ - very well packaged for transport. Ordering a replacement part for an item from an online store in the Netherlands, when you're in Australia you'd think may be challenging. Not so with Questo Design. Their service was amazing with super-prompt replies to email inquiries & dispatch of goods.
