Unethical company running false advertising ads
Running ad that states "Plagiarism Checker | Free Fast Accurate - Quetext" in the heading. Email required to sign up. No useable (small word minimum) free plagiarism checker on site, just an offer to upgrade to Pro.
Classic bait and switch on new users. Going back to Grammarly.

Customer Service? Not by phone!!!
I was charged a fee and don’t even have a Quetext Pro account. Tried calling the only number listed and keep getting a message saying that my call couldn’t be completed. Terrible!!! Now I have to wait for an email response. In the meantime, the charges are still on my account.
UPDATE: I was able to get my situation resolved via email. Very prompt response. Looks like my situation was due to hackers using Quetext platform to bill me for a service I didn’t have. I still wish I could’ve made a call and that the phone number listed was a working number. However, I do feel very satisfied that once I sent an email, the response was prompt and charges were reversed within a few days. Thanks!!!

Best Plaigirarism checker on the market
For the past 4 years, Quetext has been a valuable source in the academia world. As an acadmic myself, I appreciate the way that Quetext would pick out certain discrepancies in the work itself and even ones it was not certain of! I highly recommend this app and will return to it once I move onto my PhD. I appreciate the way that it would highlight not only direct quotes but language that may seem problematic.

Effective plagiarism checker and fair price
Very effective plagiarism checker tool and reasonable subscription. It can detect any plagiarized area in any document with very good accuracy which helps students to avoid any accidental plagiarism. I used it for a few days now and I really recommend it to students and academics.
